Great Experience Went to Mountain States to look for used trucks. We found a GMC used truck. Immediately asked we could take it for a test drive. The Salesperson, Lana Belcher was never pushy, she gave a some time to think about it. We never felt pressured. We decided to purchase the vehicle, and thought here we go, this part is going to take forever. But that was not the case, we were driving our "New" truck out of the dealership without all the hassle of purchasing a vehicle at other dealerships. Jesse was nice, helpful, a good listener, and very informative. Jesse spent time with me discussing the navigation and multimedia system along with other key points of the vehicle. Fun, easy, and fair We first went to Mountain States Toyota just to sit in a car. I wanted to see if I fit and if it was comfortable. We met Bob on the lot, he was nice, helpful, low key and knowledgable. We ended up driving a car we liked, got some information and left. I received ONE follow up call wich I very much appreciated. One call, not 20 with a whole bunch of emails, which I did receive from other dealers. 3 weeks later when we were ready to buy, we called Bob set a time and the rest was fun, easy, and fair. Jason who did our paperwork was great. Knowledgable , helpful, professional. In fact I will sum up our whole experiance with knowledgable , helpful, professional. More
