We’ve been dealing with Jim Gallegos since our first transaction with you guys in 2014 and we leased a Camry with him in 2015 so naturally we have stayed in touch with him and said hello during our service visits. When it came time to turn in our 2014 Corolla we called Jim and told him we wanted to buy a RAV4 and he worked with us so well but, he was down for the count with an injury healing and wasn’t able to be there for this latest purchase and of course those worrisome feelings came into play with who we would be dealing with. But without hesitation, Jim referred us to Derek Garcia and my Hat is off to you Tim for hiring an amazing Sales associate in Derek. He made us feel right at home and took the time to reintroduce us to the dealership. Derek spent time with us reiterating to us that we would receive the first class treatment from your service department that we’ve become accustom to. Derek introduced us to Matt the Manager and Matt took the time to go over our trade in value and made sense of everything with ease and we do appreciate that very much, Thank you Matt… When it came time to consummate the paperwork Paul came out from his office and introduced himself and even asked your director Robert to say hello which was very nice. Paul took his time with us and explained everything in a professional and simple way without any pressure or disinterest. Top shelf organization Tim; very impressed. After we finished with Paul, we were back in Derek’s care for our delivery process which was smooth sailing, He took the time to explain the vehicle all over again and didn’t make us feel rushed even though it was pretty late and you were technically closed, that did not discourage any of your staff to greet us with smile and acknowledgement the we are your Customers for Life…!!! Cathy and I cannot say enough about your Dealership and are very happy with you guys and the icing on the cake was Jim Gallegos sending us a text congratulating us on our 3rd Toyota from Mountain States and that was really nice to have Jim voice his concern for us, genuinely as a professional it feels good to know that Jim cares enough about us to make sure that we were accommodated as if he was at the store himself.
