We called back and left a message that they responded to over an hour later. the guy didn't even know what Toyota maintenance plan we had, and when we told him, he didn't think anything was covered, even though, it was and we already had roadside assistance on the way. It's upsetting knowing this is who has our backs when we are in difficult situations. I live less than 5 minutes from this dealership, but am considering changing them as my primary. More
