Sold my daughter a lemon,,, less than 30 days of purchase she had severe front suspension issues, electrical issues and a "stop vehicle immediately" warning g and check engine light. Took the care to a jeep she had severe front suspension issues, electrical issues and a "stop vehicle immediately" warning g and check engine light. Took the care to a jeep dealership as the sales person advised because she baught the exstended vehicle waranty that the sales person recommended and told her for the Jeep Compass she bought it would cover all bumper to bumper suspension drive train engine and electrical issues at zero out of pocket cost, yet when she did she got a huge 4k bill and the warranty didn't cover said items as the sales person said it would. We are in the process of getting lawyers to sue because they took advantage of a femal that has no knowledge of vehicle repairs. Toyota and Jeep should be held responsible. More

Took my car in for a service that would be taking all day. Because of this I was given a courtesy rental. Although I didnt have to pay for rental I still opted into the daily insurance. Well my car then day. Because of this I was given a courtesy rental. Although I didnt have to pay for rental I still opted into the daily insurance. Well my car then had to stay at the dealership at no fault of mine. When talking to them I said I cannot afford another day of the insurance as I only planned on one. I was told don’t worry, it would be covered. We’ll get my charge and it sure wasn’t. Called the dealership about 10 times and never received one call back about it. After coming here for YEARS, I think another dealership will be getting my business after this. More
