They didn’t contact me I contacted them they reaffirmed the bogus charges and the lies. The guy said the Micanic was on my car for 3 hours he didn’t say they did an update on my car that’s standard procedure that’s free at any Honda dealer ship and decided to charge me for the diagnostic to cover the time to do the update instead of taking the transmission service charge out of the second diagnostic like originally agreed upon just lying and charging me an outrageous amount of money for literally a walk around inspection and a free update. It’s a greedy dealership that steal and lie to customers for few hundred dollars. I asked that mud fellow how he sleeps a night he said like a baby and no one else complains so I’m guessing you only lie and cheat black people out of money at this dealership because no one else is complaining about be charged 600 dollars to look at a car and do nothing.

So Shelly is a xxxxx as well. So she lies about charging me for 2 diagnostics says they charged me for one. Like do you not have a bill??? I have a bill!!! Is any diagnostics 400 dollars for one? The suspension diagnostics was wrong the car still makes the same noise after replacing the control arms. I reschedule a service there because I still wanted to know what the noise is. the original reason I went to this horrible place. Shelly called after I scheduled an Appointment said don’t bring your car here your not wanted and we didn’t like your comments online. Shelly is a racist this place does bad business and if you read this do not bring your car here the people that work here are not Christians they probably worship the devil the way they lie about everything and steal from hard working individuals like myself. It says it’s a Honda service place but unless you buy your car there they don’t want anything to do with you it’s just a shady dealership that only wants to work on cars they sold to people. Highly recommend just staying clear from this horrible place.
