He was professional and thorough and I did get the impression he was working for us as well as his employers. I would say that as a person who previously only bought late model used cars, I do not care for the hoops car dealers put you through to upcharge on various items. Listening to sales pitches for unnecessary add-ons is pretty annoying. I recognize that this is how they make a lot of money, but "no" means no, not "keep asking and maybe she'll change her mind." In the end, I do feel I got a good price for a new Honda and we arranged financing there. To be clear, these add-ons were are the financing stage, not by the car salesman, Tyler. The really nice feature is that they have so many cars in one place, you can really comparison shop. More
Im currently having an issue with motor world and this employee I feel ripped off and lied to. I went in with a noise and a jerk I asked for inspection she said it’s 160 for a diagnostic then i was alrdy employee I feel ripped off and lied to. Anyways she said diagnostics charges will come off if you do any other service with us which makes sense they don’t want to look at cars for free that makes sense but I then did a transmission service 250 and my bill is 600 …. She charged me 350 dollars to look at the car and 250 for the service after saying it would be subtracted from service. More
