Everything was done very quickly and efficiently. My car was expected to come in to the dealership within 2 weeks from the day I made my decision and it was actually in after less than 1 week. Asked service advisor if I could talk to the Service Manager, but he was not in yet. I asked to have him call me regarding a problem with prior service. He never called. Was told he would call me the ne Manager, but he was not in yet. I asked to have him call me regarding a problem with prior service. He never called.
