Went in for a state inspection with an appointment took over 2 1/2 hours. We waited a 1 hr and 10 after our truck was finished and no one came to tell us. I walked in and asked about it they left the time over 2 1/2 hours. We waited a 1 hr and 10 after our truck was finished and no one came to tell us. I walked in and asked about it they left the time stamp paper work in our truck where it was finished that’s how we knew the time they finished our truck. Was told that appointment only give you a place in line that it’s not a true appointment. Was also told that if the car in front of you needs work they do the work so if you come in for a state inspection and the person in front of you needs something done your at a loss. The car in front of you gets worked on even if they don’t have an appointment for that service.. A told disrespect for their customers time. This isn’t the first time this has happened to us. Last time with an appointment over 4 1/2 hours for an oil change. We also just purchased a new car was told we would get a full set of matts for it. Nope not true. So after this we will be purchasing from somewhere else. More
