Though the dealership is going through a lot of changes they at least try to make your business with them as pleasant as possible.

A very unsatisfied customer. I have a jeep Wrangler the check engine light was on took it down there to the service dept.. The mechanic says there was nothing wrong with it . Paid $150 for nothing . A week later went back down there for the same noise and then you’re telling me that I need a new motor.. gave me a rental car never told me that I was responsible for the payment on the rental car had my jeep for over a month.. I think they need some new mechanics that know what they’re doing. Never gave me any updates but one . And that was inaccurate when it would be ready. Very disappointed in Shelor

This Dealership was very helpful when buying my Jeep. I got an appointment pretty fast when a problem arose. The gentleman who helped me was so nice and helpful and explained what was repaired.

Able to get an appointment set very quickly for a state inspection. Service people are pleasant and professional and very helpful. Service was completed in a short time. The new facility is easily accessible, clean, and easy to access and exit. Casey is the one who helped me and he is reassuring with good explanations. The print out is detailed and answered all my questions. Thank you.
