Do not buy from this dealership, they are not fair and honest, I lost my 5k non refundable deposit on an Rv becasue I did not qualify. Not even an option of keeping it on credit. I ended buying the same Rv from Reliable RV in Missour, great service, and better yet honest, and they were able to qualify me. This sounds crooked doesn't it, but this actually happen, I have proof. They like to sell but make sure everything is working prior to leaving the dealership. If not you will never get it repaired. Worst service after the sale I have ever seen from any business type. Got it home and found out hot water heater would not operate on propane. Lots of calls and two months later they replaced the unit. Went to pick it up and it still wouldn’t work on propane. Wouldn’t work on electric either. More calls and another month goes by and still no service. I finally pulled heater and found out the electric side wasn’t working because when they put in the new one they didn’t plug it in. There were many more issues. Cabinet screws missing, toilet would not seal, hold water and numerous electrical issues. The one item they repaired was the back TV. It wouldn’t find channels during a search. Another two months goes by and the called an said it was fixed. Went to dealer to pick up and it worked. They replaced a multiplexer. Yeah! Said they were still working with Dometic on the hot water heater issue. Left dealership and on the drive home the TV fell off the wall and on to floor hanging by the wires. When they reinstalled none of the screws went into the studs. I finally got hold of Coachman and ended up fixing most issues myself. Coachman tech was great and worked with me for a couple hours going through the wiring and fixing issues. We have owned this new coach almost a year and it has been at the dealership for close to seven months total and they fixed nothing! Do not count on this dealership to fix anything! More
Bought our new class C Coachmen on Feb. 11, 2022. Took it out for 4 days and then brought it back to fix the punch list that should have been taken care of prior to delivery. Its now April 11, 2022. Its now April 4 and I still do not have any word on when my coach will be ready. Have left several messages with no luck getting a return call. This is horrible service and I should have read the service reviews prior to purchasing here. More

We were very happy with our salesman, "Cowboy" (Robert Langley) and with everyone at MHSRV. They had the best price, they guaranteed the price on our order, and "Cowboy" kept us informed as the status of Langley) and with everyone at MHSRV. They had the best price, they guaranteed the price on our order, and "Cowboy" kept us informed as the status of our Coachmen Galleria 24Q Li3 4x4 as it was being built. The delivery went great. "Cowboy" made sure everything was ready to go when we got there. We spent the night in their campground, and they came out to answer some questions we had before we left. We bought our first RV, new from MHSRV (2021 Coachman Cross Trail 22XG). We were VERY happy with the communication we got from the Sales department (Cowboy specifically). We came from out of state to buy ours and the whole group really took care of us. Being able to camp our RV right there at the dealership after we bought it was amazing. They picked us up from the airport to get to the dealership, took their time with our walk through, had a vehicle for us to borrow while we were camping on site, and were just very pleasant. There were no tricks, nothing was hidden or surprised us, and the whole sales transaction was smooth, comfortable, and easy. We are EXTREMELY happy with the price we paid when we compare it to other sales we see on the internet. We did have some issues with our coach but MHSRV was pretty good about taking care of them. This is our first RV so we did a lot of research and made our own check off sheet, tailored to our coach and brought it with us. That helped a lot. The service department is slow and understaffed. It was a but frustrating to get our service done quickly but it did get done and it was done well. Bottom line, Cowboy was awesome (sales), delivery was good, service was good, and the deal was great. I would have no issue whatsoever dealing with them again. More
