The sales experience was very direct and seamless. I got the deal I was looking for. However, post sales is HORRIBLE. I had to reach out myself just to complete the paint protection job (sales person I got the deal I was looking for. However, post sales is HORRIBLE. I had to reach out myself just to complete the paint protection job (sales person never replied to texts) and when I got to the service bay, I had to wait for almost an hour and I got skipped over other (white) individuals. I also tried reaching out multiple times to confirm my prepaid maintenance extension and so far, I haven't heard back from anyone. It's quite disappointing given how well the sales experience went.
