Great experience from start to finish I normally have my 2016 Nissan Frontier serviced at this dealership so I know the service dept is good to work with. I went in to test drive the Niss I normally have my 2016 Nissan Frontier serviced at this dealership so I know the service dept is good to work with. I went in to test drive the Nissan Rogue to possibly purchase a new vehicle for my wife. TJ was very helpful from beginning to end in the process. I drove a Rogue with all the options and decided on one with lesser options to meet my budget. TJ was patient and found the right vehicle for our family. The sales team worked with me on negation and got me where I needed to be and made the deal happen. At no point during the process did I feel pressured to buy any additional services or add ins which made a much better buying experiences than I have had in the past. I will be returning when it is time to trade in my Frontier. More

Price discrepancy. I was looking to purchase a used Nissan Versa Note. I saw a nice one on their website with a listing price of $11,458. So I went up and had a nice tes I was looking to purchase a used Nissan Versa Note. I saw a nice one on their website with a listing price of $11,458. So I went up and had a nice test drive, I really liked the car. They offered a fair amount for my trade in. However in looking over the paperwork they did not charge me the listing price from their website of $11,458, but had rather charged me $12,308. They ran through the paperwork so fast when I was there that I was not aware of the discrepancy until later when I had gotten home. I feel like I have been through a bait and switch..... More

A lot of dealerships will try to pressure you into buying the most expensive vehicles but that is not the case with East Tennessee Nissan. We told him what we could afford and Bobby and the sales manager did everything they could to get us what we needed. We ended up getting a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan at an amazing price! They explained everything we were signing in great detail. They go above and beyond for their customers. From now on this is the ONLY place we will go. More

Bumper to bumper warranty not honored I took my 2016 Frontier Pro4X to the service department for warranty work on my fog lights. I was informed by service they would not honor my bumper t I took my 2016 Frontier Pro4X to the service department for warranty work on my fog lights. I was informed by service they would not honor my bumper to bumper. They said my truck had sustained a frontal impact. When I told them my truck has NEVER been wrecked and that they could pull the Carfax, I was told the Carfax didn't mean anything and that I was being dishonest. An experienced service tech could see my truck has NEVER been in a frontal impact. The parts to the fog lights are defective and that is why they fell out and were rolling around in my bumper. Nissan USA told me that the issue is under warranty and that I need to take it to the dealership that I bought it from... over an hour away. I called that dealership and they said they would fix it under warranty without question. Thank you Bill Hatton Nissan for helping when the dealership 7 minutes from my house wouldn't honor the warranty. More

I wouldnt suggest anyone to go here. Go to Farris Motor Company!!!! More
