In this instance I came in for a very straight forward oil change, tire rotation and NYS inspection. The service technician noticed that my tires were down to 3/32nds and that the wear bar was visible. I had purchased the tires elsewhere, but was only at 20k/50k manufacturers warranty. As a result, I was able to open a claim and get new tires installed at a pro-rated cost which covered 60% of the cost. The Morris Ford Service Team always does the right thing! Thank you! More
