Purchased the vehicle assuming I would be able to get it in for service calls in a reasonable amount of time. Informed the scheduler that we were going on a trip on 8/20 and would like to have the repair done prior to leaving. No sound not only affecting the radio but also the navigation system. Extremely disappointed. More
