Inspection When my F-150 came home after inspection, a battery saver setting comes on when I turn the truck off, which has never been there before. once you leave the dealership the follow up was very poor i had a major mechanical problem with a brand new f-150 on my way home from the dealership after just purchasing it. the date was new years eve and th i had a major mechanical problem with a brand new f-150 on my way home from the dealership after just purchasing it. the date was new years eve and the staff had left for the day. on my way back home there was a grinding noise from the drivers side front wheel that caused the steering wheel to vibrate and the truck to lose some power. a warning light came on the dashboard with an audible alarm causing me to pull off the road. as the dealership was closed , i looked underneath to see if an object had become lodged underneath - nothing was observed. i drove home very slowly and left the vehicle in my driveway. i called my salesman the next business day and he said unless i brought it in there was nothing he could do and referred me to service. i spoke with the service manager who said the shop was busy for the next week to 10 days and there were no loaner vehicles so i was out of luck! i called my salesman again leaving a vm for advice but never got a returned call. i drove the vehicle to Warren Ford where they verified everything that i had observed, and also found several error codes when they analyzed the computer. this truck had 151 miles on it when i got it, i cannot understand how the problems i had were not picked up sooner. my truck is as of today in the warren ford shop as they are trying to figure out what the issue is. i found there staff to be enormously helpful and professional. i will from now on do all my business with Warren and recommend them highly. if the problem is complicated i may entertain getting a different vehicle - which will be done at Warren. i received a email from the service shop which i answered again asking for assistance but never received an answer nor any follow up from my salesperson - which is most disheartening . More

Wish I held out for a All-Wheel Drive or Four Wheel Drive. I wish the dealer told me they were putting new tires on the car during the prep. If I had known, would have had them put on Snow tires. In my area, even new, all season tires are not what is needed for winter driving. The first slippery drive I had encountered, I ran off the curve into a neighbor's driveway. I paid to have my mechanic put on the most aggressive snow tire that was the right size for the car. Just a couple days after having the tires changed, the car would not start and had the car towed back to the dealer. The Positive battery cable was faulty and had it replaced after the part came in to the dealership. Only other problem I have had was that the driver door froze shut and needed to clime into the car from the passenger side. The car now fits in my garage and I hope to have less issues with the weather. More

Best car buying experience ever! I spoke with Dan Nardini and Dave Wood after seeing a 2018 Expedition for sale on line. I was greeted and talked to as if we were old friends through the entire process. They and Dave Wood after seeing a 2018 Expedition for sale on line. Quick professional Service Morris Ford does an excellent job servicing my vehicle. The SYNC in my vehicle has not worked properly since I purchased the vehicle. I have had it back many many times and they do try but it never is correct. I have learned not to rely on it as I understand there are major systemic issues. I cannot fault the Morris guys for an issue that is inheritance in the product. They are always willing to try but I have given up on it at this point as I cannot afford to pay for any more diagnostics. My regular “check ups” for the vehicle and oil changes are wonderful and they have taken care of a couple of other minor issues for me in an excellent manner. I love it there. They are always very accommodating with scheduling and getting the work done in a timely manner. More
