Oil change nightmare After my oil change, my daughter used the car. 10 minutes later she called and told me that car was smoking and oil was spilling out everywhere. The After my oil change, my daughter used the car. 10 minutes later she called and told me that car was smoking and oil was spilling out everywhere. The oil spilled all over her friends driveway. We later discovered that the mechanic did not tighten the oil filter. Two positives. 1. I called Morris and they sent someone out to tighten the oil filter. 2. My daughter is a new driver and we are blessed that she was not on the freeway or a main road when incident occurred. More

Everything we agreed on was honored and no surprises. Finance was quick and we were out in our new vehicle quickly. Being quick and no hassle meant a lot since we had our 19mo old with us. No response from sales. Inquired online about a vehicle we were interested in. Since we are about 2 hours away, the more info on the vehicle, the better. Someone from internet sales responded the next day and when we asked for more info, we never heard back. 2-3 days later, another salesperson emailed me asking if he could be of any assistance. I thought I was finally getting somewhere. He offered to send more photos and a walk around of the vehicle, which was great. That was on Saturday.....it is now Thursday. This is not how you gain customers. Thanks but no thanks. We will be going elsewhere. More
