This has to be the worst car buying experience ever! The sales people are very unprofessional the first two sales people that I worked with never called back or followed up like they said they would. I trie sales people are very unprofessional the first two sales people that I worked with never called back or followed up like they said they would. I tried to speck with the owner about the problem and he was NO help. Ken the third sales person was helpful. I drove 3 hours to get my vehicle and they gave me a hard time because my bank did not over night the check due to weather. The dealership would not take a letter of credit from the bank and the dealership has never heard of E-Check. They only would take a physical check even though E-Check is basically the same thing! Now they are saying I can not leave with the car that I drove 3 hours to get and they have all the paperwork from my bank showing that the car is paid for this is NOT worth it. Please take your business somewhere else!!! More
