I made a appointment for service and was not told that the dealership has moved to another location. I called the service number when I arrived at the old location and when I was told the new location is the dealership has moved to another location. I called the service number when I arrived at the old location and when I was told the new location is at the old Honda dealership around the corner I almost didn't take my car for service. I took my honda civic a couple times there when it was the honda dealership and I hated it because of it being crowed with cars on all sides, the waiting room was like going in a morgue and bathrooms were dirty and nasty and it's still that way. Why would Chrysler downgrade their location. When I arrived I squeezed my 300 in between the 2 posts in the service area, got out of my and waited a while for anybody to come out to help me. Service was great and quick. The waiting room was freezing cold, I tried closing the door but everyone coming in and out to use restroom kept propping the door open, luckily I didn't have to wait long for my car. The bathroom from the old place to the new place is a big difference, like night and day, not in a good way. More

During the time that it was in the dealership for a recall, I got evacuated from the fires and did not even know if my house had survived. Upon hearing this, Javier made sure my car got fixed right away so I could relocate to my cabin in the San Bernadino Mountains. I am also incredibly grateful that they made sure I had a rental car to get me around town while my car was being worked on. It was that extra care that allowed me to have a car to load up with belongings as I was quickly evacuated. Now, none of us knew all of this was going to happen, but it just goes to show how their small gestures of customer care made a world of difference. Thank you, Monrovia Jeep!! More
