They didn’t even put a sticker as any dealer would when I’m supposed to return for the next service. Also I mentioned to the service guy Fred that I spotted some leakage on front right side of vehicle and I’m supposed to return for the next service. I don't even know where to begin. Work was done incorrectly on my car back in January, so the problem resurfaced last month. I brought it back and was told I was going to be charged Work was done incorrectly on my car back in January, so the problem resurfaced last month. I brought it back and was told I was going to be charged another 3k dollars to diagnose the issue. My service advisor was very confrontational with me as if he was taking the whole thing personally. I had to get the service manager involved. My jeep was taken apart and they determined that the gaskets and heads needed to be be replaced. I agreed to pay for the parts ( gaskets were done earlier this year) and pay for a rental, while the dealership covered the labor. After having my jeep for over a month the final bill came out to almost 3k. When I picked up the jeep I started the engine in the parking lot and the check engine light was on and it was running really rough. I took a picture of the odometer and sent it to my service rep, who simply said bring t back. I honestly think he was waiting for my call, because there is no way a professional mechanic or anyone who started the car would have let it leave the garage and be cleared for pick up. It has now been a week since I dropped my jeep back off. I have not heard back from my service rep or the manager since Wednesday, My only correspondence has been with my rep who said the manager will call me. At this point I just want my jeep back without any of the five additional check engine codes that popped up after I brought it to you guys. If I could you less than star I would. I am waiting to see how this all turns out before I leave my yelp review. More
