Excellent customer service, went in for a service recall on my 2015 chrysler 200 and everyone I encountered from the scheduler on the phone to the team member in service department to took our information w on my 2015 chrysler 200 and everyone I encountered from the scheduler on the phone to the team member in service department to took our information when we came in drop off car all were very professional and friendly and made us feel we were important and service was done in a timely manner and we even recieved follow up text messages to let us know when our car was ready.. thank you for making our experience with your facility a pleasant one.. Although my service advisor seemed to make sincere attempts to help us, we continue to have issues with the service department refusing to perform even basic troubleshooting without claiming that the attempts to help us, we continue to have issues with the service department refusing to perform even basic troubleshooting without claiming that the issues are customer caused without any reasonable explanation or justification. Additionally, when we brought our truck in a month or so back for repair of our passenger side ram box, they wanted to deny the repair because of what they claimed were unapproved suspension upgrades, this did not make sense to any objective person and it turned into an extended delay for the repair. Also, when the dealer was originally going to perform the ram box repair they agreed to provide us with a loaner vehicle, but then had to reschedule the repair. When we came back the next time for the repair, I was told the loaner would not be provided, this makes no sense. In regards to our warranty, the service department made notes stating that we had made alterations to our vehicle and ended up voiding our ‘entire’ warranty but never told us. The alternations made to the vehicle consisted of upgraded coils and shocks from Thuren Manufacturing which supplies parts to thousands of vehicles per year and are specifically made for our trucks. These upgrades were installed by a Thuren approved installer. We were never told exactly ‘how’ these enhancements harmed the vehicle and necessitated voiding of our factory warranty. Also, why would our entire warranty be voided Including engine, transmission, electrical, entertainment system, etc… because some suspension upgrades were installed? To say we have had a poor experience at this dealership would be a gross understatement. I will not return, nor will I recommend their services to anyone. More
Unfortunately there was no good communication. I was told misinformation multiple times. I have called the service manager multiple times to talk about the issues I was encountering and I’ve never I was told misinformation multiple times. We’re torn with rating your service center. On one hand communication with Issac was very good and he’s a valuable employee. All LABOR repair prices are sky high. $2k final bill! 2 other items, not performed, both would have cost $900 each. If you are trying to scare away business, this is a great start. A $200 door handle part turns into a $900 total bill. SAY WHAT? Are you serious? We took the car in on a Monday, and work not completed until following Tuesday. A defective replacement part for rack and pinion caused delay. Air in line caused more delays. Seemed like we were lost in shuffle. Are you short mechanics? Short qualified mechanics? With being without a car for over a week, and 1 car is all we have, it was quite inconvenient. Had to order Lyft for an appointment. Later in the week Isaac came through with a loaner, quite a nice loaner to help us out. When we prepared to pick up our car, is when we learned if using a CREDIT CARD we would be charged the card fee of 3%. Nice time to let us know. The experience was not good. Only having a very nice rental somewhat helped to soften the blow. Very torn about recommending your services. More
