I do not know about anybody else, but I do not like for someone to rip me off or play around with my hard earned money. I was browsing for vehicles for some time and had my heart set on a Jeep Compass. I browsed the Monroeville Chrysler and Jeep website and found one I was interested in. I scheduled and appointment to talk to someone in sales and also test drive. Well when I arrived at the dealership nothing worked as planned. Needless to say I did not walk away with the Jeep Compass I walked away with a Jeep Patriot instead. So let’s talk about my real experience. My 2014 Jeep Patriot was supposed to have had new tires and I was told there were new tires put on it. Per my observation in the dark I might add, it seemed as if the tires were new. But hey I am no mechanic! I then noticed there was a hairline scratch in the windshield as I was pulling out of the parking lot. It was very small it could have been missed, but as we know scratches in windshields do expand. I immediately stopped and informed them of the scratch. They told me to come back the next day around noon and they would has the glass guy take care of it “free of charge”. I went back the next day which was a Friday with my 9 month old daughter and waited for about an hour for the glass guy and he never showed up. I left and my sales guy told me he would set up the appointment for Monday to have it fixed and that he would call me and let me know the time. Well I never heard from him. I hounded him for about 3 weeks to have my windshield fixed. Finally I went back into the dealership to find out my sales guy no longer worked there. At this point I pretty much demanded that someone take care of it like they said they would. To my surprise the glass guy was finally in that day! He took a look at it and said there was nothing he could do to fix it and that it wouldn’t expand, which was a lie because it did EXPAND!!!! The general manager said he would not replace the windshield because my sales guy did not write anything in my customer file stating that Monroeville Chrysler and Jeep was going to fix or replace the windshield. Therefore, I was stuck with this windshield unless it cracked or shattered then the general manager said he would pay my insurance deductible. But why would I even risk it cracking or shattering especially if I am operating the vehicle? So now it’s about 2 months later and I am hearing a noise in the rear of my Jeep and then I hear a whistling noise on the driver’s side. I take my Jeep in 3 different times to have the noises checked. They keep telling me they hear nothing so therefore they cannot fix what they cannot hear. So now I am hearing things? Why not do a multi-point inspection then? My thoughts are this is dangerous for me to drive let alone have my 11 month old daughter riding in. So the problem was never found and I was stuck with this negativity equity (was supposed to be positive) trying to get out of it but I knew it was going to cost me if I tried to trade it in for something that was operable and safe. Finally 9 months later I have traded that Jeep in and have washed my hands of it. Again, this dealership is nothing but a joke. They seem to sell you a piece of crap and then when something goes wrong they won’t even fix it or take the time to try and help you or even compensate you for that matter. More
TERRIBLE SERVICE TERRIBLE CAR I purchased a brand new 2016 Chrysler 200 on 6/18/16 with 12miles on it. It broke down on the 21st and 22nd and was towed in for repairs. It is now 7 I purchased a brand new 2016 Chrysler 200 on 6/18/16 with 12miles on it. It broke down on the 21st and 22nd and was towed in for repairs. It is now 7/1/16 and NO ONE can tell me what is going on with my car. They still have it and are rarely returning my calls. When they do call back they say they are working on it. They took my 2007 Chrysler 300 that ran great and a $500 down payment. Yet I'm driving an older version of the luxury car I bought (a loner car) . The car I'm driving has even had to be taken in for a repair. My first car payment will be due soon and I drove my "brand new car" for 3-4 days. RIP OFF. I think they must have turned back my odometer before I got my car. More
excellent experiance I have been buying jeeps for many years. I have never really gave Monroeville Chrysler Jeep a chance in the past as the location was not suitable for I have been buying jeeps for many years. I have never really gave Monroeville Chrysler Jeep a chance in the past as the location was not suitable for me. I started a search for a new Jeep Wrangler and saw Monroeville had one close to what I wanted so I decided to make the trip out there. When I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist who set me up with Joe Gettinger. First off I must say if you are ever looking for a wrangler and are not sure what you want or have any questions about them Joe is with out a doubt the most knowledgeable salesman I have ever come across! Needless to say I left with a brand new 2016 Rubicon Wrangler and could not be more happy! I will definitely be referring anyone interested to Joe Gettinger and Monroeville Chrysler Jeep. More
Worst Dealership This has to be the biggest joke of a car dealership, ever!! I live 2.5 hours away and browsed their inventory online. I emailed the internet salesman This has to be the biggest joke of a car dealership, ever!! I live 2.5 hours away and browsed their inventory online. I emailed the internet salesman and received a return call. I explained my situation and what vehicle I was interested in. I set up an appointment with a salesman and when I arrived at the dealership they receptionist told me that was just a formality and she would get me a salesman. I already spoke with people and had an appointment. They tried to put me into a vehicle I could not afford. I left, upset and rightfully so. I sent an email to the internet salesman and received a return call from the general manager. The manager apologized and tried to make things right. The manager sends me an email and says the vehicle I want is available and I am approved for the loan. I, again, drive the 2.5 hours to pick up the vehicle. When I arrive, I am greeted and think this is going to be a smooth experience. Not the case. As we are signing the paperwork, I notice the monthly payment is $110 more than what we agreed upon! I question this and the manager states this is the only way the deal can go through. Really?! You could of not told me that over the phone or on email?!?! Unbelievable!! Then, they try to sell me gap insurance because they vehicle will pretty much be worthless by the time it is paid for. Needless to say, they can keep their vehicle and I hope you all stay away from such a shady dealership. More
Horrible I purchased a vehicle from this dealership at the end of last year. I had a great experience during the time of purchase. Then I go to schedule my o I purchased a vehicle from this dealership at the end of last year. I had a great experience during the time of purchase. Then I go to schedule my oil change and it takes me 3 1/2 weeks to get a appointment. Been calling for 5 weeks to get my back brakes looked at and get my vehicle inspected. Who would know I still don't have an appointment. I called again today and still can't get an appointment until 9/19. WOW, this truly blows my mind. Really considering trading my vehicle in and going with another company because my vehicle will be on its last wheel before I ever get it looked at. Needless to say I am very disappointed because I do like my vehicle. I will now have to pay for something that came as a perk when I purchased my car so I don't get pulled over and get a ticket or get my car towed. More
Top-Notch Service Department I had a wonderful experience at Monroeville Chrysler Jeep's service department. I went in for an oil change and while I was there, they also suggested I had a wonderful experience at Monroeville Chrysler Jeep's service department. I went in for an oil change and while I was there, they also suggested getting my car inspected since I would need it done soon anyways. The jobs were completed quickly, efficiently, and professionally. All of the employees were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend! More

Conversation started today 7:13am Ashley Lynn Hi my Conversation started today 7:13am Ashley Lynn Hi my name is Ashley Pryor. I purchased a 2013 Chrysler 200 from Monroeville Chrysler on May 17, 20 Conversation started today 7:13am Ashley Lynn Hi my name is Ashley Pryor. I purchased a 2013 Chrysler 200 from Monroeville Chrysler on May 17, 2013.Everything that I was told at the time of the purchase was a lie. I was told that I would receive better gas mileage, my insurance would go down and that the check I was writing wouldn't be cashed until the following Friday. Unfortunately on Tuesday 21 st I went to the gas station after class and my card was declined. The check that they said they would hold.... they cashed it. I went it ans spoke with a manager and asked if I could return the car because it was cause too many issues. The manager said no and that he would write me a check for $536 which was May 22nd for $536 so that my account would not be in the negative. The manager asked me to pull up my PNC account and he also called the bank to make sure the check went through. On May 24th I went to Chrysler and gave them my down payment of $500 cash and I asked again can i give the car back because I'm not happy with it, once again I was told no. Monday June 3rd I receive a call call from the manager and he is saying that I owe them another $ 500 because of the check they gave me. I explained that they didn't just give me a check they were covering up their mistake that they made. I told the manager that I was not paying it back and he became very angry and began to use foul language. He then proceeded by saying that he will take me to court and that no matter what, he will get his money. I then asked him, not even thinking i was responsible to pay it back but just being nice if i could make payments and he began to yell and use foul language again and no there are no payment arrangements and that he needs his money ASAP. On June 7th my mother and I take the $500 to them and that was the end of that situation.AS far as my insurance going down it went up $36 and my gas mileage is horrible. On Friday June 21st my car wouldn't start. It had to be towed to Monroeville Chrysler. At first they told me it was bad gas and that they do not cover it under the warranty. About three hours later they said that they think it is sugar and to call my insurance company because its vandalism. I called my insurance company and they took care of everything. June 28th my car is ready, I go to pick it up and the gas is very low. I go to the gas station to fill it up and the gas s having a hard time going in. I was only able to put about three dollars in it. I call monroeville Chrysler and let them know what is happening and they told me to bring the car in Monday. I bring the car in and they have it for about four more days. I get my car back and it is costing me so much money in gas, the gas mileage is worst and i call and complain and they act like nothing is wrong. I called in July and the manager told me that its because gas prices went up. I called back in August after spending $96 in three days and they told me i would have to pay $95 just to look at it. This is crazy I just want to get rid of that car, I should of been given the chance to give it back when I first asked. More
Drove an hour to buy a vehicle, (2011 Sonata) the car had 9k miles and smelled like someone just smoked a pack of cigarettes in it, scratches in every panel, wheels were trashed and visible dirt and runs in 9k miles and smelled like someone just smoked a pack of cigarettes in it, scratches in every panel, wheels were trashed and visible dirt and runs in the repainted bumper. The interior had spilled soda in the cup holders ans the engine looked like it was driven on a dirt road all 9k miles. After pointing out all the issues the sales manager said the price listed is the bottom price and that was it. We left and drove to Cochran miles up the road and bought the same car with all the same options "certified" with 18k miles in "like new condition" for 3k less. More
