Amazing Customer Service! Great Experience! After visiting other dealerships and becoming very frustrated with the whole car buying process, it was an extreme relief and delight to deal with the After visiting other dealerships and becoming very frustrated with the whole car buying process, it was an extreme relief and delight to deal with the wonderful people at Monroeville Chrysler Jeep. Everyone from the receptionist, to the sales person to the financial rep. were kind, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. They were sure to work with me on what I could afford and what I wanted in a car. Our sales rep knew every car inside and out and was able to point out features of the car that were important to me and my expanding family (I was pregnant at the time with my first child and safety, affordability and space were all very important to us). When we sat down to negotiate, everyone worked with us in a kind and respectful way in order to make the deal work for us. We never felt frustrated, stressed or disheartened!--that's a lot to say when looking for a car and making such a big investment! When it came time to sign the papers, we were pleasantly surprised at how seamless the process was--fast, efficient and informative. Overall we could not say enough good things about our experience. We will definitely be back and tell everyone we know to go to Monroeville Chrysler Jeep! More

Oh well we sold the vehicle you had an appointment to see At 2:45:54 PM 05/24/17, I received confirmation from Dealership for "Flight 1422" for 3:00 PM to test drive a certain vehicle listed on TrueCar.com. At 2:45:54 PM 05/24/17, I received confirmation from Dealership for "Flight 1422" for 3:00 PM to test drive a certain vehicle listed on TrueCar.com. Upon entering the main lobby for my 3 PM confirmed appointment, Greeter was seated behind the main desk, eyes closed and oblivious to me or my appointment. I had to greet him with "HELLO, I'm here to see Chad or Josh." He just looked over and pointed to some people behind the back office counter and said that's him over there. As I waited to speak to Chad or Josh, I was approached by an employee and asked if I needed any help. I said I had a 3 pm appointment to test drive the 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT. He said, great, let me go get the keys. When, said (Josh or Chad- no introduction), got off the phone and I told them I have an appointment boarding pass to see the 2016 Grand Caravan, he looked puzzled, and got on the phone and was speaking to someone for a few minutes. Then he said, "We sold that van." When I said, I confirmed my appointment with you within the last 30 minutes, he said oh, well it's sold. As you might guess, that did not sit well with me. I was treated with Total Disregard. No apology, No wow, let me get to the bottom of this, no, we apologize- let me see what other type of vehicle we can help you with, just oh well, "sucks to be you type attitude" and let me walk out of the showroom. As I sat in my vehicle, I dialed back in and asked for the GM to complain, they put me through to Chad, whom just blew me off, 5 minutes earlier. He said he is the GM, but I said I wanted to speak with someone above him and the phone went silent...so I left. I missed a call from Josh Crawford offering his direct line to speak about the incident. I tried to call back, but was not successful in reaching him. I don't have any more time to waste with this dealership. A cash sale was missed yesterday due to poor communications on their part with inventory and communications with people on-site to verify that the vehicle was indeed available, before sending a "Confirmed" boarding pass for me to drive in for the test drive. Our family has had a history of purchasing at least 3 New vehicles there for cash, and you can believe there will not be any more. I'll let my money do the talking...and it will NEVER be talking to this dealership again. I will purchase a vehicle this upcoming holiday week-end (from another dealership) and will share this story with as many people as I can when they ask about my New Van. More
Need to work on your salesmanship. Salesman was extremely arrogant and very pushy. during the 1 hour we spent with him, we noted the quote "I am the top jeep salesman" 6 times. He had a sales agreement drafted up on a vehicle before we even talked about numbers! Most of our vehicle wishlist was ignored as rob continued to push the aforementioned vehicle we were not interested in. He was however very interested in showing us window stickers of vehicles and pictures from his tablet, yet had no interest in showing us around the lot to look at the vehicles. When talking prices, he left us hanging 5 separate times as he had to talk to a manager. End result yeilded a price that was not competitive. When confronted with a quote we obtained from another dealership the response was "this is illegal, they can't sell you that car for that price!" Go buy the car from them then! After a moment, he then attempted to bring the manager over to rescue the sinking ship of a sale he had created. Manager declined. He promised to follow up with us; we hope he don't. Will not be returning to this dealership. We have visited several dealerships over the years and this was by far the worst experience we have had. A dealerships reputation hinges on their salesmen; looks like their selection process needs re evaluated. More

During price negotiations the salesman said he had to run by his manager again and again after 2.5 hour we agreed on a price, I asked the salesman what the interest rate we got and he said it was real good , the finance person will fill us in. They kept us waiting about an hour to see the finance person by then we was there over 3.5 hours, I think that they keep you waiting so you don't reed al the papers you have to sign. When we got to finance papers I was told the interest rate was 7.9 percent ( unbelievable) if it was just me I would have walked out . The salesman lied to us . Was told we got $500.00 rebate by agreeing to finance thur Chrysler and 7.9 percent interest,the salesman didn't tell us that , I never would've agreed. Was asked if we wanted to buy extended warranty, I said no. It was way over 4 hours when we finaly got out of there. A couple weeks later I get a letter from Mopar thanking me purchasing there extend warranty. (Mopar vehicle Protection plan) that I didn't want . Unbelievable Do not buy from this place Ed K More
