Monroeville Chrysler Jeep

Purchased a new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Part of the deal was the installation of Jeep running boards and Jeep in the bumper hitch. Also there were dirt marks on the seat and headliner when we took veh deal was the installation of Jeep running boards and Jeep in the bumper hitch. Over a week later they called and said that the items were in, so we dropped off the vehicle int he evening, and got a call the following evening that the vehicle was at Uhaul. They installed a Uhaul hitch, and we did not agree on an aftermarket hitch. this piece of junk looks terrible,with electrical tape holding the wires together, and rests a good 4 inches lower than the hitch we were supposed to get. Took vehicle back and the salesman said that was not the hitch we were supposed to get. We need it higher to haul our boat and to put it in the water, and the electrical is too low that we will be shorting out the electrical when we put the boat in the water. The sales manager refuses to correct the situation, They never attempted to clean the grease marks off the seat and headliner. So they completely ruined the utility of the vehicle, and didn't bother to correct the other things. Don"t believe a word they tell you. Paid over $35,000 for a vehicle that cannot do what it was intended to do More

I had a horrible experience with another Jeep dealer. But I still wanted to purchace a Jeep, so I decided to try Monroeville Jeep. My salesman, Rich Stevens, was so friendly and helpful (and very cute too!) I still wanted to purchace a Jeep, so I decided to try Monroeville Jeep. My salesman, Rich Stevens, was so friendly and helpful (and very cute too!). He did everything he could to help me get my new Jeep Patriot. I looked at a Wrangler and the Patriot and I said I was interested in both vehicles but I needed the payments around a certain monthly price. Rich worked with the financing and tried to get it to the best price. I was so totally thrilled with Rich! He is the best. He told me that he started there as a lot attendant and worked up to salesman. Monroeville Jeep made the right move when they made Rich a salesman. More

The only thing worse than this dealer's poor customer service is the actual work that they did. I have had them drum up unneccessary work (brake rotors that were microns away from passing inspection i service is the actual work that they did. I have had them drum up unneccessary work (brake rotors that were microns away from passing inspection if they measured so far out on the rotor that the pads didn't even touch there). I have had them crossthread my lug nuts as well as put them on so tightly that I was standing on the breaker bar to loosen them and they still wouldn't come loose. In the end the lug nuts were ruined which they replaced with cheap lug nuts that had plastic "chrome" covers that popped off during installation. They are slow to get work done and never seem to call back when they say that they will. There is more but my blood pressure is already high enough thinking about this dealer. Don't buy here. If you do, DO NOT HAVE YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE!!! More

Mr.Lovino, "Sam", came out while we were looking at cars. I spotted the car instantly that I liked but did not intend to buy a new one. My intentions was that I was getting a preowned Chry looking at cars. I spotted the car instantly that I liked but did not intend to buy a new one. Sam kindly took the time to explain in what I came there to get compared to what I could get in a brand new car would basically benefit me to go for the new car because the monthly payments would still be in the same range and also because of my good credit score, he was able to offer be a lower interest rate than my home equity loan. He showed me that I would come out better saving money with a lower interest rate, since we don't have enough interest to file long form on income tax anyway. And, we can get a brand new car which I did not think I could get. I just love my car and the color. All I saw on the internet was silver, white, black, and red. I got the deep auburn pearlcoat. I love it! Mr. Lovino, "Sam" was very nice to me and my husband. I felt comfortable doing business with him. He did not push me into buying anything I did not want to buy. He took us on a test drive; he demonstrated all the features in the car; he answered all my questions.
