Service department. Service department is horrible. I had an appointment to have my oil change and front break pads replaced. My appointment was for 9 AM I told the service rep I would wait until car was done. At 2 PM I asked if my car was almost done as I had to go back to work. I was told they had not started on it yet and he did not know when they would be able to get started. I asked him to pull my car and left. I waited 5 hours for nothing. The only good thing about the service department is the free coffee. More

Not Happy with my service I took my Corolla in for a Recall for air bag.. I got there in the morning 8:30 to drop of my car. I was told between 4 to 5 hours. It was around 12: I took my Corolla in for a Recall for air bag.. I got there in the morning 8:30 to drop of my car. I was told between 4 to 5 hours. It was around 12:30 so i called they said that Jonathan was out to lunch. he would call me back with a responds. It was 1:00 we went to the dealer . Jonathan was not back yet. But someone else help me she told me she was going to the shop. She was talking to a man that person drove my car into the shop for the first time that day. i know this because i have a small stick on Calendar and when it was being drove into the shop i saw the pages of the calendar flap in the wind. And when i got into my car it was in the dash board not on the airbag side. I am a little bit up set because i had to find someone to pick up my son from school. I live in Turlock so i know i would not make it and i also canceled a doctor"s appointment. I felt I took my car early enough so i would have time in to pick up my son. More

Oil change and car was jerking back and forth!!! I took my 2009 camery to Modesto and it was the worst customer service ever!!!! They kept telling me that they didn't know what was wrong with it and this was the second time I went there and it was weird cause he said the same thing that the other guy said last time as like they have it written down some were to tell customers the same thing!!! they charged me $180.00 just for them to tell me the same thing as last time!! the ladies there were rude as are the guys there I would never recommend anyone to come here horrible customer service both times!! the ladies there were saying bad words it was bad!! made me late to work when my appointment was at 11;40am and picked it up at 5:00pm and it still wasn't ready!!! And they left me with my gas tank on EMPTY!! when I had gas in my tank almost half a tank like what were they doing driving around in my car UGH!! I will never come here again NEVER!! More
