Let me start off by telling you our story. I was looking for a vehicle, and we ended up at Modesto Toyota because my fiancee got his car from there 6 years ago. The salesmen took one look at us, and didn't for a vehicle, and we ended up at Modesto Toyota because my fiancee got his car from there 6 years ago. The salesmen took one look at us, and didn't budge. But Khalil did. He walked right up to us and asked what he could do for us. All we wanted to do was test drive cars that I might like. And at the end of the night, he let us go without trying to run our credit and push us into something. He kept in contact with us for a couple days until we came back. Unfortunately, it didn't work out...but we kept hope. Fast forward a couple months, and my fiancee needed a vehicle. And again, we went to Khalil; we really wanted him to help us out because we bonded with him and he was a "real" person. He told us every time we met up that he wasn't pressuring us into anything...he just wanted us to find something. We ended up looking for about 3-4 months. Well this last weekend, we were financed through our credit union and he did work for us. He gave us several different vehicles that we could take. This guy was AMAZING! We definitely were holding out to purchase something from him because he was so attentive and was willing to help us. So today, my fiancee went in and picked up his 2013 Toyota Tacoma double cab that had EVERYTHING already done to it. We were so happy to finally purchase something from Khalil. And apparently, we currently hold the record of how long it took for us to purchase something from him. From December 2012 to today, September 2013. And we couldn't be happier. If I could recommend anyone, it would be Khalil...he's a great salesman and an all around great person. We will definitely be back in the future for any vehicle we may need. More

Khalil researched my specific request for a Toyota Avalon Hybrid XLE Touring and found two in California. After much negotiation with a nearby dealership Khalil closed the deal on a trade and I got the precise vehicle I wanted! And the price was right on target. Well done Khalil! At the end of the process, my wife and I were referred to Mike Fagundes in Finance and he closed us out quickly, efficiently and with an extended warranty (which I seldom buy for anything). Obviously, Mike is a good salesman as well. Well done Mike! I've always hated the daunting experience of purchasing a vehicle. I hate the pressure, the half-truths, the slimy characters, poor service, dirty bathrooms, and the hours of back room racketeer purchasing a vehicle. However, by some divine luck my recent experience at Modesto Toyota was nothing like I expected. Khalil was a perfect gentleman, he was honest, cut to the chase, found us what we wanted in record time, didn't push, gave my husband and I time and space to discuss our options, was kind and courteous to our kids (made them feel important and involved in the process), made sure all issues with the vehicle we chose were completely resolved (even after the purchase was made), and added transparency to the dealing process. The dealing process took less than 1 hour and they even had clean bathrooms! Our family would like to extend a warm thanks to Khalil Milad for impressing a 100% improvement to the car buying experience for his customers. We went to toyota of Modesto Toyota for their impressive used car selection, but found something far more impressive. We found a rare and mythical creature selling cars. Khalil, you're a unicorn! I contacted Modesto Toyota online about purchase a vehicle for my friend Christine as she asked me if I could help her out and Khalil from Modesto Toyota got back to me promptly. He answered EVERY question I had and even responded to me quickly via text (sorry Khalil for the thumb blister ; ) He gave me honest, up front numbers without any games.....even the price was so good I really didn't have to negotiate at all and trust me I can be a stickler negotiator : ) So we were honestly thinking that maybe Khalil thought that once we arrived he had this sale in the bag and sell the car to us and send us on our way.......boy were we WRONG! He was so professional, courteous, and actually new what he was talking about (THIS GUY DOES HIS HOMEWORK AND KNOWS HIS CARS). He took a few hours taking us on a test drive and explaining everything leaving ZERO questions needed to ask. We never felt pressured, we were treated with respect and doing all this while knowing we were getting a GREAT deal! So then it was time to go to Finance (we all know how that can go sometimes)......Mike who I guess is the newest guy at the job was EXCELLENT you would have never guessed that he had only been doing Finance for 2 weeks! He was professional, always had a smile and was very courteous as well. Khalil and Mike work GREAT together and it shows! Even though my friend Christine bought the car and not me, I may for the first time in my life consider buying Toyota's from Khalil @ Modesto Toyota when both of my GM leases are up next year (THAT'S BIG WHEN COMING FROM A GUY WHO CURRENTLY OWNS 2 GM VEHICLES AND HAS BEEN A GM GUY ALL HIS LIFE OWNING 4 OTHER GM VEHICLES!!!). The above sums it all up and I"m more than happy to write this review as Khalil & Mike both did a fine job. Way to go Modesto Toyota you should hire more guys like these or at least train the rest to be like these.....be the company that sets the standard in Modesto!!! Okay, I left a review earlier for the salesman, Khalil who did an absolutely wonderful job, but let's face it another huge part of buying a car is the finance end of it. Let me just say with any big purchase the paperwork is the worst, but Sargon David helped make this as painless as possible. At this point after spending so much time trying to find the best car to fit as well as the dealing it is not something you want to take a long time, and Sargon was organized and helped make the process go very quickly. He was kind and considerate. He was informative yet not pushy. He was not condescending like my last experience with another dealership last car I purchased. Sargon did not attempt to sell me anything I didn't need. My trade in plus what I put down covered the gap, so he said I didn't need it. You know that is impressive. He LISTENED to me when I said no on something. There was even some humor involved in the whole ordeal. I have to say Modesto Toyota is somewhere I would refer to as well as return to!! Thanks Sargon for helping make this as easy and comfortable as possible!!! More

I had visited over 10 dealerships looking to buy a new vehicle and my last stop was Modesto Toyota. Sales employee Rick was BY FAR the best sales person ever!
