Switching to SUV and features desired. Tested a vehicle and got estimate on my trade. Received a call a week later that vehicle cost was given added incentive funds and would accept my trade request. Chris is knowledgable professional & courteous during all the process of business. My intention was an 012 model but Chris found an 013 with same features with same pricing so my purchase was the 013. He explained all the features and made sure I knew how to use everything. I spoke with Tyrone prior to arriving to the dealership as I wanted to look at a used car we happen to be looking for. I drove almost 3 hours to look at the vehicle and each time I called, someone was avai as I wanted to look at a used car we happen to be looking for. I drove almost 3 hours to look at the vehicle and each time I called, someone was available to answer the phone and answer my questions. I was greeted by Tyrone when I arrived, and Tyrone and Jaye even stayed past closing to show me the vehicle and discuss financing. Tyrone answered all my questions about the vehicle, nothing was rushed. Jaye showed my typical finance rates for auto loans and beat my credit union rate. When the vehicle was picked up we received the same great treatment. I am highly satisfied with my experience with Modern Nissan. More
My wife and I have leased or owned Nissans, excusively, since 1982. We owned a 2006 350Z, and we stopped at Modern Nissan to see if we could trade in our car for a pre-owned 370Z. We were greeted by Bud since 1982. We owned a 2006 350Z, and we stopped at Modern Nissan to see if we could trade in our car for a pre-owned 370Z. We were greeted by Bud Neely, a sales representative. He showed us a 2010 370Z that had just arrived as a trade-in. He had us test-drive the car, and we loved it. Bud was able to get us a generous trade-in amount for our old car, and he worked out financing that easily fit into our budget. We wanted a day to think about it, and Bud even offered to let us take the car home overnight. We came back the next day and purchased the car. We were extremely pleased with the friendliness and professionalism of Bud and the finance department. We drove our new "Z" home after Bud patiently went over the operation of all of the features. This was a terrific buying experience, and I know that we will be happy with our new car for years to come. More
