Eric was great to deal with. He was very friendly, took the time to help show me the vehicle multiple times and also provided his cell phone number so I could ask him questions outside of working hours. I would recommend Modern Nissan to any one and every one that is in the market for either a new car or a used car. The sales People are wonderful, especially Eric Carter. It was during a visit to Modern Nissan of Lake Norman we met a sales rep named Eric - by far the best car-buying experience I've had. Knowledgeable, courteous, & straight-forward Eric stood head & shoulders above his peers. During my first visit, they didn't have the car we desired but I was so impressed with Eric I told him I wouldn't buy a car without checking back with him first. Yesterday I purchased a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder from Tyrone Arrington at Lake Norman Modern Nissan. I had the best car buying experience! Tyrone was very knowledgeable about the car and informed us of different options and prices available. Tyrone and The general manager Kevin were very upfront and honest about the pricing of the vehicle. We didn't have to haggle about the price. Before purchasing the vehicle, the dealership suggested we take the car home overnight and see if it was the right fit for us. They even said, "there will be no hard feelings if you return and don't want the car." What dealership does that??? I will tell everyone I know to check out Lake Norman Modern Nissan when purchasing a car. More
I have purchased cars in the past and have had the worst experience ever but at Modern Nissan of Lake Norman it was not like that. I drove nearly 2 hours and passed several dealerships along the way, just b experience ever but at Modern Nissan of Lake Norman it was not like that. I drove nearly 2 hours and passed several dealerships along the way, just because they gave me very straight forward and honest answers, and did not lie to me just to get me there. When I arrived at the dealership everyone acted just like they did on the phone, very outstanding experience. The car was just like they described and the numbers we discussed on the phone was the same on paper when I got there. They treated me as a friend and not a customer, every dealership in the US should be this way. I would also like to mention that their prices was some of the best I could find in the southeast. I would definitely recommend this dealership and their salesmen to anyone. They will get my next purchase in the future. My wife loved her Christmas present....New 2013 Nissan Altima 2.5 SL... Thanks again to the staff at Modern Nissan of Lake Norman and a special thanks to their Salesman Bud Neely. More
