It's always stressful purchasing a vehicle and you always have alot of questions on your mind and decisions. I don't think I have ever been treated so kindly and VERY patiently by the Modern Hyundai always have alot of questions on your mind and decisions. After spending a very stressful day of decisions back and forth between two vehicles, the Modern Hyundai choice was by far the best. I mostly would like to thank Silas Parker (Salesman of the Year in my book) for his kindness, understanding and oh so patient ways. He was very informative and I don't think he left anything out. He help me to come to a place that I could afford and could purchase a wondeful vehicle for the pricing. I felt so satisfied and really happy after purchasing my "new" 2010 Elantra Touring vehicle and I am so happy that I did it through Modern Hyundai of Concord. I would (and will) recommend them to anyone who needs to purchase a vehicle. I look forward to seeing them on a regular "servicing" basis too. I had been going to Modern Hyundai for service for quite a while and was very happy with the service department, so when I was looking to buy a new car, it was natural to take a look at their dealership. The sales guy I worked with was Jim Morreli and he was very laid back and listened to what I wanted with absolutely no pressure. He let me make my decision in my own time (about 3 weeks) and did not call me every day as I expected. He called me exactly when he said he would. I finally decided what car I wanted to purchase and when I went to pick up the car and sign the paper work Jim was out of the office, but he called ahead of time to let me know and that he would be back before I left the dealership, which he was. Dimitri in finance was great and explained everything completely. Overall, I had a great car buying experience at Modern Hyundai and would recommend them to anyone who is planning on purchasing a new or used vehicle. You will not be disappointed! More

I originally went to Lake Norman Hyundai, in response to a great deal I recieved in the mail. When they could not honor the deal they treated ME like a lower class citizen. He conducted the transaction in the order I needed, got all my paperwork together while I was at work, and had my new car detailed, full of gas, and ready when I was able to return to the dealers! They spent considerable time with me explaining the features of my new vehicle! Lake Norman Hyundai's loss! I financed a lot more than I was prepared to at their lot, and walked away with not only a great deal, but a great new loaded vehicle and a great experience! OH, and the loan officer?
