I originally went to Lake Norman Hyundai, in response to a great deal I recieved in the mail. When they could not honor the deal they treated ME like a lower class citizen. He conducted the transaction in the order I needed, got all my paperwork together while I was at work, and had my new car detailed, full of gas, and ready when I was able to return to the dealers! They spent considerable time with me explaining the features of my new vehicle! Lake Norman Hyundai's loss! I financed a lot more than I was prepared to at their lot, and walked away with not only a great deal, but a great new loaded vehicle and a great experience! OH, and the loan officer? However, service is what brings them back. My wife and I bought a new Honda in 2003. For 10 years, we got all the service work done where we bought the car( thousands of dollars). We went to trade and the honda dealership was busy and they did not treat like the 10 year valued customer we were. So, because our son-in-law bought a Sonata from you and also, our neighbor bought a Sonata from you, we decided to come and look. From the time Silas met us, he did not pressure us. Instead. he was very helpful and was nice to us. You know, today in our rush about world, it sometimes pay to slow down and be genuine to people,which is what Silas did. Modern Hyundai did a very nice job with this transaction. They were not pushy and we didn't do the traditional back and forth between sales person and sales manager... This was a positive experience even though I think the cost of the product is higher than the actual value of the vehicle but I am not sure which entity sets the pricing. Paul Polish took care of me. I wanted something bigger than my Toyota Camry so I looked on the lot and narrowed it down to a Tucson or a Santa Fe.
