I needed to get my car's wheels aligned before a long trip, but was originally told the first available appointment was the day I had to leave, so I didn't make the appointment. Within a few minutes I received a call back saying they would accommodate my schedule, and the service department worked my car in to their schedule that afternoon. I am very impressed with this type of "second mile" service, and it gives me one more reason (I have many) to brag on the Concord Modern Hyundai Team! God bless you! More

I bought a White 2013 Elentra on saturday. Allen was great person, he did not try to force me in buying anything. It's always stressful purchasing a vehicle and you always have alot of questions on your mind and decisions. After spending a very stressful day of decisions back and forth between two vehicles, the Modern Hyundai choice was by far the best. I mostly would like to thank Silas Parker (Salesman of the Year in my book) for his kindness, understanding and oh so patient ways. He was very informative and I don't think he left anything out. He help me to come to a place that I could afford and could purchase a wondeful vehicle for the pricing. I felt so satisfied and really happy after purchasing my "new" 2010 Elantra Touring vehicle and I am so happy that I did it through Modern Hyundai of Concord. I had been going to Modern Hyundai for service for quite a while and was very happy with the service department, so when I was looking to buy a new car, it was natural to take a look at their dealership. T a while and was very happy with the service department, so when I was looking to buy a new car, it was natural to take a look at their dealership. The sales guy I worked with was Jim Morreli and he was very laid back and listened to what I wanted with absolutely no pressure. He let me make my decision in my own time (about 3 weeks) and did not call me every day as I expected. He called me exactly when he said he would. I finally decided what car I wanted to purchase and when I went to pick up the car and sign the paper work Jim was out of the office, but he called ahead of time to let me know and that he would be back before I left the dealership, which he was. Dimitri in finance was great and explained everything completely. Overall, I had a great car buying experience at Modern Hyundai and would recommend them to anyone who is planning on purchasing a new or used vehicle. You will not be disappointed! More
