From the moment we walked through the door, we were handeled by veteran of the car business Ed Winter, and he led us seamlessly through the car buying experience, honestly and professionally. This dealership is part of the Prestige family of dealers, and we had purchased a Range Rover from another of their dealerships. We were treated like we were as important to them as if we were buying a new car. I would highly recommend this dealership for their vast selection of new Mini Coopers, as well as their quality lineup of preowned vehicles that they receive in on trades. My search started at the MINI of Dutchess County and that's where it ended. My husband (being severely disabled) could not be with me. I was on my own. And then I met Todd Myer, our sales representative. He greeted me with a smile that immediately made me comfortable. My first visit encompassed 2.5 hours of his time. We test drove vehicles, discussed vehicle equipment choices and financial options. His knowledge and his own excitement about the MINI Cooper was incredible. And, even though I left that first day without making a decision, he said "goodbye" with the same great smile that he greeted me with. Our search ended with me picking up our brand new 2016 MINI Cooper S. With the help of Mike Smith (Business Mgr.) we were able to agree to terms that are comfortable for us. More
