I set up an appointment to meet with Suditi and she easily provided me with an incredible amount of information and guidance to help me personalize and order the mini designed exactly as I wanted. She was incredibly helpful and kept me in the loop every step of the way as I waited for my car to be produced and shipped over. I've had my car for a week and I've been driving with a smile each time I ride. The whole experience at MINI of Dutchess was wonderful. More

From start to finish Todd answered all of our questions and concerns and helped us to find our perfect Mini Copper Countryman (Sport). There were certain features we could not live without and a few were unaware that we needed so bad. In the end we left with the perfect car. The entire team over at Dutchess was very helpful, including the business manager Mike Smith who helped secure us a great deal. Superior Customer Service! The way the Dealership is set up/decorated you are immediately drawn in & intrigued from the road. Once you step in the shop through the enormous front doors (I felt like one of the kids entering Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory) you are greeted straight away with a warm smile & immediate assistance from the Receptionists Danielle Arasim & Alexandra Pereira. Next you walk around this joint with wide eyes taking in all the cool looking vehicles (& the gift shop is to die for)! Every person in that facility from the Parts Advisor (Gevanni Espinal -he was so helpful) to the Motoring Advisor Ed Torregrossa (beyond helpful & not pushy whatsoever) to Mike Smith (Business Manager) whom walked us through the financial aspect of it (they were both two efficient, nice & funny guys to deal with). Mark Mozdziez (Service Advisor) is an enthusiastic gentleman as well as Chris Christodoulo (Service Advisor) & Chris Betsch (Parts Manager). They are all consistently nice to us each time we stop by. I am absolutely in love with my Park Lane Mini Cooper that rides beautifully & looks amazing! I highly recommend stopping by & taking a gander at their top notch facility! P.s. They have a great Coffee Bar w/ snacks that you can enjoy watching TV while waiting for your car to be serviced (plus they have a neat book full of games, puzzles & a neat build your own paper Mini Cooper for the kids to keep them entertained!
