We went Saturday morning and were introduced to Suditi. She patiently spent over an hour with my teenager showing him everything about the car and took him on a test drive. Being this was a used car and NOT a Mini she told us what she was sure of about the car and was honest enough to say when she didn't know something about it which I greatly appreciated. What she didn't know she subsequently found out though. Needless to say we bought the car on the spot. She is professional, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. From the first close of the door I was hooked and what made it even more grand was that I had Suditi as a salesperson. Her tactics were not the usual push but rather a great understanding and love of Mini's in general and for that I am grateful. She was so helpful. She wanted to educate rather than push you into something that you would not be completely satisfied with. She wanted to match my wants and needs and balance that with my budget and was not judgmental. Together we found the BEST car for me, Coop! Would I go back to Suditi? Absolutely!
