He wasn’t pushy at all trying to get me to buy he allowed me to make my decision. Then he got me in with lance to go over the finance and he was great as well he made recommendations and was able to get me a lower apr and was able to accommodate and get me out same day . they have a great team as this dealer I would give spiro an A++ More

She is professional, knowledgeable and excited about her job. She isn't pushy, but she will find you what you are looking for if you give her the information to search out your perfect car. I told her what I wanted to put down, what I wanted my payment to be, and a model. She didn't try to push me into something I wasn't looking for, and sent me multiple options based on the details I had given her. When I arrived at the dealership, my car was ready, and Suditi spent ample time showing me all its inner workings! This is my first MINI, so it was all new, and Suditi explained everything and let me know, that just because the sale was complete, didn't mean I couldn't reach out with questions or concerns. I have sent her a couple of emails, as new questions popped up, and she has answered them right away. I can't recommend her enough, she loves the product she is selling and her enthusiasm is contagious. It's hard not to be excited about your new MINI when Suditi is the one selling it to you! I also worked with Lance in the Finance department. He has a hard job, as the numbers guy and the one who has to do the stuff most people don't want to do (i.e. paperwork, and money stuff) he was pleasant and professional. Part of his job is to go over extra options such as extended warranties, key coverage, etc. he was thorough, but I never felt like I was getting a hard sell on something I didn't want or need. He explained all the items I could add on and roll into my payment but when I declined, he didn't keep pushing, which I really appreciated. No one wants to feel pushed into buying something just to get out of the room, and that didn't happen here. This was the most stress free car buying experience I have ever had, and I will be going back them in the future. I will also recommend them to anyone I can! More

Great care was taken to avoid any misrepresentation. Spiro understood that I am an auto enthusiast and set up the test drive route with that in mind. Mini of Dutchess County was also able to secure an interest rate fully 3% better than my own credit union in Michigan. All details regarding paperwork were settled before my arrival and were complete upon my arrival. The only disappointment was that a couple of corners were cut in the detailing of the car. Overall, a very pleasant, professional, and fun experience. I felt like I received the same amount of attention that I would if buying a new car. I would absolutely recommend Spiro and Mini of Dutchess County for a fair and professional car buying experience. More

(That has happened to me in the past). That is not the case at Mini of Dutchess County. They are honest and transparent when assessing the car. I thought I needed new brakes....no....... I was informed that there is still a lot of life in them, it was just the sensor. However, they did notice that the water pump was leaking. Fortunately this was covered under warranty. They are unfailingly polite, anticipate your requirements and provide a very clean well stocked waiting area. With this standard of service, it is well worth the long drive to get here. More
