No-pressure, though, didn’t mean no-engagement…I peppered Perry with questions during the months that led up to my deciding on a Cooper (vs other car manufacturers), and then peppered him more once I decided to make a deal. Perry then kept me abreast of my car’s progress (I had it built), and spent a beaucoup amount of time orienting me to the car once it was delivered. Finally, I had a traffic incident literally two days after driving it off the lot, and the entire dealership turned out to provide me with support and options for a remedy. That moment was the true test of everyone at this dealership. More

When I made my choice he made the process easy and the next day my beautuful Mini Cooper was ready with the extras I requested. A special thank you to Chris in parts as he was able to hook up a teather for me as I couldn't reach the hatch to close. It matches perfectly! Lance in financing was very efficient and we were done with paperwork and I was on my way in a reasonable amount of time. I actually had a fun time buying a car. These guys were great!. More
