Lance Aiello, the finance manager, was also very patient with me, explaining all of my options the night before his vacation and never making me feel like I was taking too much time. None of my questions were too small for either Perry or Lance and they both encouraged them. Judging by my experience with Perry and Lance, I imagine the service will be stellar and I look forward to a great relationship with Mini of Dutchess County. More

After years of looking for a particular car, I was excited to find it at Mini of Dutchess County, even though the dealership is an hour away. I immediately called Suditi, knowing I would be in good hands, and within hours I was approved. Even the process of picking up the car was enjoyable and I don’t think I laughed as much signing paperwork as I did with Lance. Great Deal and a Great Experience! I worked with Spiro to buy a used Acura MDX. We looked around for a while and ended up driving down from Albany. Spiro was great, we worked out the entire deal by phone the day before and had everything ready by the time we got to the dealership. We had our two year old with us which made things difficult, but Spiro was great with him and kept him distracted while we signed everything. He even broke out his accordion! Would highly recommend. 2018 Mini Countryman Suditi did a great job at selling me my new Countryman, a/k/a June Bug!!. It doesn't feel like your typical car dealership. Just very laid back and comfortable feeling. They don't push you and that is most important to me. Lance, the finance manager is great as well. Great car buying experience at Mini of Dutchess. I have always liked Minis, and I was in the market for a new vehicle and decided to check them out. I didn't know much about the different models, and Perry was extremely helpful in showing me the different cars, and explaining the differences. He was patient with me as I wanted to drive the different models to check them out for myself. I ended up with a Clubman, and I love it. I went in on a Friday and the next day it was ready for me. The process took some time, because there is a lot to learn in the car and there is a lot of paperwork, but nothing out of the norm for buying a new vehicle. Overall I am extremely happy. More
