A Wish Realized Since 2003, I've wanted a Mini. For various reasons, it never happened. Last year my Honda lease was nearly up and I went to a Mini dealer (that shall Since 2003, I've wanted a Mini. For various reasons, it never happened. Last year my Honda lease was nearly up and I went to a Mini dealer (that shall remain nameless) to finally look into purchasing a Mini. I met a sales team that didn't seem very interested in selling to me so I bought out my Honda. Two months ago I had an accident and my Honda was a total loss. I decided to revisit the idea of a Mini and went back to that dealer. Once again I was met with very little interest in selling to me. I started looking at other dealers and found Mini of Dutchess County. From my first contact on the phone with them I could tell this was a completely different place. That was confirmed when we went to the dealership and met with Spiro Bogris. He was wonderful. He sat with us for hours discussing our options and what would work best for US. Once we decided on a vehicle, he addressed every question and worked with us for several days to get us the best deal for US. Two days after purchasing the car, he called to make sure we were happy and to let us know he's available if we need anything. Every person we dealt with, from Alexandra and Helen at the front desk to Spiro in sales to Mike the manager to Lance in financing, we were treated like old friends and like our sale was the most important in the world. I would, and likely will, buy from them again. Especially if I can deal with Spiro. Best car buying experience to date. And i finally have my Mini. :) More

Suditi was helpful, listened tome and did everything she could to accommodate me. She was also very "cute" about her own MINIs and it was great be buying a car from someone who actually drives and loves the same car! The only difficulty I had was on the day of pickup and my dealings with Lance. Lance is charming and funny, however, there was a point at which his conversation with me caused me to become confused as to whether I wanted the car at all. I did almost leave without the car. In retrospect I feel that he was really attempting to "sell me" on things that I did not want. The hour or so that I spent with him was one part fun and interesting, and another part really stressful and irritating. If it was a car that I wasn't in love with, at one point I definitely would have left without it. More

At other dealers I've recently visited in the Hudson Valley I was immediatel I gave this dealership a 5 start rating, based on the way I was treated. At other dealers I've recently visited in the Hudson Valley I was immediately judged by the color of my skin. I saw an advertisement for a car from this dealership and I reached out to Mr. Winter. Mr. Winter treated me with respect, professionalism, and a human equal with out judgment and stereotyping. Mr. Winter was also very pleasant and kind, honest and straight forward, no playing games and trying to be disingenuous. My experience from the initial meeting, to the test driving of the car, to the processing of the paper work was the best car buying experience I've had, and I've purchased quite a few cars in my life time. More

Need a car? Go see Frank! I'd been looking to buy a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and Mini of Duchess had a low mileage used one on the lot. My wife and I went to check it out and F I'd been looking to buy a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and Mini of Duchess had a low mileage used one on the lot. My wife and I went to check it out and Frank was working. He was great! Very knowledgeable about the Jeep and some other cars we asked about. Frank gave us his number and said we could text him if we had any questions. Of course, when we got home we did have some questions which he quickly clarified. We did buy the Jeep and Frank made it a comfortable, stress free experience. Next time I need a car I'm going to see Frank Gizzi! More

Prompt response! When I first contacted Mini of Dutchess County, Suditi in the sales department got right back to me. She answered my questions promptly and personall When I first contacted Mini of Dutchess County, Suditi in the sales department got right back to me. She answered my questions promptly and personally made sure that I had the information I needed in order to make my decision. The e mails flew back and forth. (the G- mail count was 30!) and by the end of the day I made the decision to buy the car and would pick up the following day. I took the train down and a driver was waiting for me when I arrived. I had a little wait, but the lounge area was very comfortable, with coffee (much needed) and beverages. Lance in the finance department had my documents ready to sign and I drove away with a very good deal. The car is a 2016; a cream puff and I am delighted! More
