He didn't make me feel any pressure or feel stressed or overwhelmed at any point, which I was so grateful for being a young woman getting her very first vehicle. He was thorough in his explanation of the car and was able to answer all of my questions along the way. He is such a conscientious and personable guy, and it was a pleasure working with him. I also appreciated Chris who went through the financials with me as he made the closing process painless and stress-free. Bad from the top down They have always had nice receptionists, but that’s about it, most of their salesman have attitudes and don’t know the products and give false Infor They have always had nice receptionists, but that’s about it, most of their salesman have attitudes and don’t know the products and give false Information and lie, they have a trade appraisal system by blackbook on their site that they don’t honor. The gm hides in his office and doesn’t even deal with you face to face. Overall a shady, sneaky, dealership, will quote you using insanely high 8-9% rates. Be careful here, if you don’t know the product or prices they will rob you blind and act like they did you a favor. More

He made the process quick, easy (and exciting) and even found me a car with everything I was looking for -the 2019 Countryman S ALL4 with manual transmission (the Yin Yang edition was an awesome bonus). He stayed late to explain everything about our new cars (so many awesome features - Can you say disco lighting and Mini projections????) and even came in on his day off to accommodate our schedules. Chris was a pleasure to work with in the Finance department. The service department has been great as well (Cilajet and Bubble baths to keep our cars looking perfect)! Our Minis are so much fun to drive and are already our favorite cars that we have every owned. Life is too short to drive a boring car. I find myself smiling every time I look at or drive my car.
