And we are still a 2 MINI family, since my husband John owns & adores his 2010 MINI Cooper S 2 door classic hardtop. From the minute we arrived @ MINI of Dutchess County, true to the MINI tradition, we were made to feel like a valued member of the MINI family and the ensuing conversation is focussed on me, me driving preferences and the kind of MINI partner who would make be ecstatic. Suditi Bala-Chin is fantastic - over and above being a lovely person -- she is an ultimate MINI pro; listened well and then got us in a 2019 to road test the new Countryman. And when embarking on a changeover into any new car, thinking about all the facets of the new candidate you are considering takes a terrific pro like Suditi to guide and provide all those details, all the various comparisons between other possible options, and ultimately honing in on what would make me the most MINI-ecstatic. She is remarkably patient and made our transition to our new 2019 MINI Countryman seamless. And she made adding my black bonnet stripes a reality -- Eddie did an awesomely artistic job! More
