I arrived at the dealership about an hour later and the car I had called about was parked outside and ready for me to view and test drive. John was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and there was absolutely no pressure!! I Love my purchase and am very happy I called this Dealership! After exchanging information and expecting a call or contact during business hours the next day, nothing. We stopped in and discovered no information had been transmitted to the dealer. A MINI Motoring Advisor, Spiro Bogris, was assigned to help with our inquiry. He was extremely helpful, was familiar with the vehicle and facilitaed one of the best experiences we've ever had with the purchase of a new or used vehicle. We love the car! More

We loved his suggestion, and the car buying process was made simple from start to finish. As my wife stated to me; this is exactly what I would have ordered, including the color. Perry spent the time needed ( I think we held up everyone from going home on time) to make sure we understood the technology, and went above and beyond. The Manager was professional, and Chris in Finance was well polished and knew when to back off, as not to apply pressure on purchasing the extras. My wife and I both love cars, and we should show more restraint, but we each purchase a new car every 3 years. With that said, this was one of the best car buying experiences that we have ever experienced. We would both highly recommend Perry, and Mini of Dutchess County. More
