He was very knowledgable about the vehicles available and features of each one. He went out of his way to show me the operations of my vehicle and helped me sync my phone and contacts with the GPS system. Not your average I had been looking for a car for several months and glad I waited until I could find the right dealer. I found a model on the lot that I liked and went in to see the sales manager. He took some info and paired me up with a sales person, Paul Ward. After crunching some numbers, Paul told me that I could upgrade to an LXE model and actually pay less on the lease than I was currently paying for my 2013! Done deal?...you bet! We picked up our 2016 Rav4 XLE yesterday and absolutely love it! I've been doing business with Milton Ruben Toyota for almost twelve years and have never been disappointed in either the transaction, or in the way they treat people and do business!
