We purchased a new Corolla from Milton Ruben Toyota. We did most of the deal over the internet. They were very forthcoming with discounted pricing and tax and license fees by email. Once we had that stuff done, it was a simple matter to go to the dealership and filled out the paperwork and drove away in the car. Jeff took care of the process to the point I was in and out of the dealership in under an hour. I have to say this was the best process I have ever had at any location. Would never recommend this shop or dealer to anyone. My 2010 Dodge had to be taken into this shop 4 times, and every time it was brought back to me I was told I was a liar and the car was not broke, before 2010 Dodge had to be taken into this shop 4 times, and every time it was brought back to me I was told I was a liar and the car was not broke, before they took 30 days to fix it. No one would call us to inform us on any repairs, we had to call them. We were told to contact Dodge about warranty coverage and that they would contact area manager with dodge for us, that was never done. We were told "half truths" for 30 days with this shop and were told we were the liars. They told us to quote "we are only required to fix the car, we did that, we will do nothing more" they care NOTHING about customer service or dealing with poor customer service. More
8/19/11 contracted for the sale of a RAV 4 which was promised for 8/30. Gave substantial down payment. Car has not been delivered to date and will not be delivered until 10/7/2011. Love this place! They're a life saver. I really needed a reliable automobile and I wasn't even looking to purchase a new one, but Reggie made it possible! My car is a brand new Toyota Corolla S, and my fami reliable automobile and I wasn't even looking to purchase a new one, but Reggie made it possible! My car is a brand new Toyota Corolla S, and my family is very pleased with it. My mom is even calling me and asking how to contact the dealership and get in touch with Reggie to trade in her Trailblazer. I can't believe how easy it was though! I thought I would be given the run around, and sitting at the dealership all day just to end up dissapointed, but I was wrong! I never even had to drive down to Milton Ruben until they completed the paperwork and had an answer for me. When Reggie called he told me "We have you approved on a brand new 2011 Toyota, and you can come down to pick out which one you like." I went right down and found the car I wanted, and after finishing up the process, they handed me the keys. The best part was when they filled it up with gas, washed it, and told me it comes with a 2-year free oil change and tire rotation! I'm glad I chose them because the place I stopped at the day before calling them up was awful! I was there for about 3 hours and the place wouldn't even let me view their inventory until I filled out my life story on paper. After all that time they didn't have one single vehicle that I wanted. That's when I called Milton Ruben, and I was referred to Reggie by one of his previous customers. I told him what I had went through at the other place, and he reassured me that it would be much different here. His words were, "Girl, stop wasting your time and come on down here!" Every experience from the time we encountered him to the time I came to pick up the courtesy contract I was met with a smile and positive demeanor from Mr. Crawford. When we came into Milton Ruben we just looking for an SUV. We had been searching for a few weeks through Ford, they did not have what we wanted which was a SUV 4X4. After our search Terry and I figured out it would be more difficult to find a 4X4 in GA than we anticipated. When we went to Milton Ruben we were tired of looking and being disappointed again and again. When Mr. Crawford approached us he asked us what we wanted and we said a SUV that was either AWD or 4X4. We were also a little taken aback because the 2011 4Runner we found was out of our price range. Mr. Crawford did everything he could to lower the price to within our price range. I am sure you understand purchasing a vehicle for over $30,000 took some discussing between Terry and I. We didn’t leave the dealership but we were left alone which was another wonderful thing about Mr. Crawford, he was patient with us while we discussed and did not pressure us into the sale. Mr. Crawford didn’t look at us as if we were a commission but as a couple looking for a vehicle and wanting to talk it over in detail. When we decided to take the vehicle he gave us time to take care of the loan through USAA and took us on a tour of your facility to include the service department. He had the vehicle cleaned and the tank filled for us before we left. When we hit a small snag between the dealership and USAA (The check was being mailed instead of emailed) he was there with a smile and helped us through the process of the courtesy contract. We were very pleased with the level of service we received from Mr. Crawford and the finance department. His positive attitude did not waiver. He was extremely professional and very personable. When Terry and I were worried about the courtesy contract and called every few days to see if the USAA check showed up he was always professional and courteous, he returned our calls, and assured us we would not have an issue. When the check arrived he called us right away so that I could come and pick up that contract. I have had bad experiences with car salesman in the past so going into car dealerships always makes me nervous and my guard goes up. I have to say the way Mr. Reggie Crawford treated us, he made me rethink my portrayal of car salesmen. I hope you keep him until he retires because he is a diamond in the ruff. Thank you so much to you all! We are enjoying the new 4Runner very much!!!! I will be telling my friends about Mr. Crawford and the wonderful service we received from him. More
