poor work quality the battery in my RAV4 die. my son took the car to the dealer and they replace the battery. After my son got back home, I took a quick look to the ne the battery in my RAV4 die. my son took the car to the dealer and they replace the battery. After my son got back home, I took a quick look to the new battery and realize that the plastic cover that cover one of the battery screws was loose. after further inspection I found that any of the fasteners are not locking in place. If the fasteners were bad, why they do not replace it. feels like a quick job to send the customer away. Also I'm not sure how the Battery warranty works, but I was charged $110 dollars for a battery the had 84 months of warranty, and was replaced on 10/31/2013 due to the same problem. More
