I have bought 2 vehicles in this past year and had Bret Althoff as my sales rep both times. He made the whole experience a lot easier and was able to answer any questions. The new tundra is tough to get. My salesman, William Jenkins, found what I was looking for in their allotments and gave me great advice on my trade. My truck arrived a month early and in a time where most dealers put a “market adjustment” aka extra profit, they sold me mine for msrp. The sale, financing, and final delivery were so fast and smooth. mr Jenkins also gave me real and solid advice on purchasing some aftermarket items I was interested in. I highly recommend this dealership and particularly Mr Jenkins. I will see him again when my wife is ready for a new car. More
WORST RIP-OFFS EVER ! !! PLEASE READ ... Bought a used vehicle for $36,000 CASH - PAID IN FULL ! Drove vehicle home(200 miles), it had problems... Went back the next !! PLEASE READ ... Bought a used vehicle for $36,000 CASH - PAID IN FULL ! Drove vehicle home(200 miles), it had problems... Went back the next morning to trade up to a $39,000 vehicle ... They gave me a purchase order to pay them a difference of $10,000 !!! WHAT !?! The vehicles prices were $3,000 apart ... they lowered it to $8,000 ... THE VEHICLES WERE PRICED $3000 apart ... SO ... They were giving me $5000 LESS for the vehicle I drove 200 miles and had about 14hrs. in my possession !!! TOTALLY ABSURD !!! I was willing to give $5000 (that would have been a $2000 hit on a vehicle I drove 200 miles and had in my possession about 14 hrs. ... pretty expensive loss ... but I was willing to go ... BUT NOOOO ... they wanted me to take a $5000 LOSS ... I can't tell you how absurd this is ... I couldn't believe my eyes and ears ... HORRIBLE PEOPLE ... THEY DESERVE 0 STARS ! ONCE YOU SIGN ... Worst customer service I have ever experienced buying a vehicle. Not only they ALL treated me and my wife like dirt, I also bought a pricey vehicle. They promised a few things and made choices for me about my vehicle without giving me the options and, at the end, they played it like we discussed these options when in reality we did not. They even lied about interest rates with excellent credit but will not even work with you. They also charged me for something I did NOT receive. I may take Milton Ruben to the next level…will definitely NOT buy with them again More
I am Debra Judd and I had the worst experience at Milton Ruben Toyota Dealership on Washington Road in Augusta GA. Where do I begin? Because these issues were less than two days after purchase, I wanted t Ruben Toyota Dealership on Washington Road in Augusta GA. Where do I begin? Because these issues were less than two days after purchase, I wanted to return the vehicle and revoke the contract ,but of cause they ignored my request. It was not just one issue, but multiple problems; 1. showing me a vehicle that was clearly not ready for sale (dirty and smelly) I refused that vehicle. 2. After seeing and signing on the dotted line for another vehicle, I was told I can't take the vehicle home with me today because it was not yet serviced. 3. Now the vehicle is surpassingly serviced; Two hours after driving off the lot, the car shuts off and wouldn't start. Now the radio not working , the back hatch won't open and the air not working. 4. I took the vehicle back to the dealership the same day I drove it off the lot to have all those issues addressed. I was told I would receive a loaner vehicle while they correct the issues, but when arriving, no loaner was given. "WHAT THE xxxx!! I had to figure out how I was getting back home. 5. Upon leaving the vehicle I emphasized all the issues and even said to take your time and get it right. I want the vehicle properly serviced. 6. The next morning I get a call to say the vehicle was ready. Again I stated all the issues and they assured me things were corrected. WELL, they delivered the vehicle to my house and guess what, the radio and hatch still did not work. 7. They took the car back to the dealership after they spent time in my driveway on the phone with service trying to correct the issues. After a while, I insisted that they take the vehicle back. I repeated take your time and get it right. 8.They delivered the vehicle again this time I'm thinking everything was good. 9. Later that evening I am out at night, the side view mirrors will not extend out. I understand it's after hours, but I did not care I needed to get home, but how do you drive with no side mirrors? I called the cell phone of my sales person, of cause no answer, but luckily, the person who's sale it was suppose have been, David answered his phone and offered to come where I was to get the mirrors extended. 10. The day I picked up the vehicle there was acid rain on the vehicle and I mentioned that the vehicle need to be cleaned better than that. They told me I can bring the vehicle back for a detail clean and they offered me a free full tank of gas. I had them to put it in writing. WELL GUESS what no detail was given but I got my full tank of gas only because I had to show up and show out. 11. They promised my son $100 for the referral and I heard every excuse as to why he had not received the money. Again until I showed up and showed out, the money was then given. WHY DID I HAVE TO SHOW UP AND SHOW OUT to get things done. With all these issues, I took pictures, sent emails, text, made phone calls and no one address my concerns as to why this was happening or offer an apology. I sent dates and times via email of my issues (LONG LETTER) to the salesperson, Mario P. and the sales manger Jerrod D. and Shane. S, not one of them responded. I then reached to General Mangers hoping they will at least address my concerns; only one responded and said he will personally reach out to me via a phone call. WELL, after a week of not hearing from him even after calling again and leaving more emails no response. I had to show up again and show out. Finally the other General Manager sat with me, but I clearly felt I was just being handled, appeased and or pacified as to why I now need to let the public know of my experience. I have given them multiple opportunities to correct the issues and address my concerns, but I was left to made feel; WE HAVE YOUR MONEY NOW GO ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS. Companies like this need to be reminded that their business can only grow with consumers who patronized them. Therefore the customer service, integrity and respect must be given. We as consumers must put these companies on blast in hopes that they correct the behavior. I was ROBBED of driving off the lot with the excitement one have when purchasing a vehicle. More
I got an appointment to get my oil change and to take care the recall for my 2019 Tundra on Oct.01,2021.I dropped my truck at Milton Ruben Toyota service center at 10:28am and David McGahee is the one ca care the recall for my 2019 Tundra on Oct.01,2021.I dropped my truck at Milton Ruben Toyota service center at 10:28am and David McGahee is the one came to me and ask me If I have an appointment, I said yes I need Oil change and take care the fuel pump Safety Recall and I ask how long it will take to finish? He answered maximum 4 hours and this is the same answer that they told me over the phone about the Safety Recall when I called them to set up an appointment for my oil change. I called David McGahee four times and I called the supervisor one times , I left two messages to David McGahee first message is 2:57pm to check on my truck but he did not call me back, then I called again at 3:20pm still no answer, then I called 4:43pm and still no answer for David McGahee so I left 2nd Voicemail but again NO respond, then I called again at 4:48pm to patch me through the supervisor but no answer from their supervisor I left a message also asking to call me back about my truck but the same thing no Return call. I am expecting to get my truck around 2:30pm-3:00pm so I scheduled my customer to bring their cabinets and countertop around 4:00pm to be Install but I end-up get curse out just because I can not make it. On top of that I got home and look my paperwork they charge me for rotating my tires which is I did NOT ask for it. I went to Milton Ruben Toyota for Oil Change and take care of the Safety Recall. Guys be careful, before you'll leave or pay Please look at the paperwork they might charging you without your acknowledge. I will not bringing my vehicle at Milton Ruben Toyota to service my Truck and also I told my 22 of my friends not to bring their Toyota to get service there. More
Do NOT EVER BUY A PRIUS NOR A Toyota! Your engine will conk out! Milton Ruben continues to sell Prius while being fully aware that it cannot replace 12V batteries in the near future. I have to drive my 2016 Prius, without putting my lights on and without air condition because as soon as I have either on, the arrows become red, indicating engine shut down! This has been going on for over a month. Milton Ruben & Toyota representatives do not care about their customer's safety and comfort! Milton Ruben even had me pre-pay for the battery to no avail. I guess many people have to die in car accidents or pass out in the GA summer heat before this company resolves this issue. More

Very disappointed with a recent oil/filter change completed 3 February 21 due to my discovering an oil leak. I returned to your facility 4 February to have the problem corrected. I was informed the o completed 3 February 21 due to my discovering an oil leak. I returned to your facility 4 February to have the problem corrected. I was informed the oil filter gasket and oil pan drain plug were checked and found to be satisfactory. In addition I was informed that most likely oil was spilled onto the oil pan skid plate which was removed and cleaned. I departed your facility a happy camper, however, upon my inspection of the skid plate I can assure anyone it was not removed and cleaned. Now folks, not only have I been inconvenienced by having to return to your facility I'm now wondering about the validity of what I'm told about my vehicle service. Believe all will agree when the oil/filter is changed there shouldn't be leaks to one's driveway. How about a free oil change when it's due again.
