The service rep called parts in front of me, and gave me a quote for my battery. The price seemed very high. SECOND time I got screwed over by Millenium, so shame on me. 1st time was 3 years ago, I was sent away after a missed diagnosis (really was a bad torque converter). By the time I brought the car back pus me. 1st time was 3 years ago, I was sent away after a missed diagnosis (really was a bad torque converter). By the time I brought the car back pushed me over the warrantee period which cost me over a thousand ($) because it wasn't diagnosed the first time I brought it in. 2nd time (now) car was running fine, I brought in for a known issue with the 2017 Honda Pilot (engine light and dash warning from bad fuel injectors). Had to beg on the phone to have the issue addressed, even after mentioning the service bulletin from Honda ( #20-100). Car was finally worked on, was told ok to come pick it up. My wife drove 5 blocks after picking up the car, and the car completely died in the middle of Franklin avenue after 3 minutes. Had it towed back to Millenium. Had to wait a full week until it was finally worked on. Was told the car was mistakenly sent out "with a part missing" but no one would tell me exactly what happened let alone apologize what was obviously a mechanics error. Nobody called to explain details, let alone to apologize. Our service advisor (Sue) went AWOL in the middle of all this and no one took her place. To happen TWICE with the same customer over two visits is beyond disgraceful., it is malpractice. More
