He even asked the Service Manager, Phil, to speak to us about the hauling capacity of the Frontier vs. Titan. Phil was very knowledgeable. We learned a lot from him about towing. In the end, it was Mike who sold us the Titan. I had to return to Milford Nissan to have a hitch installed and Mike was there to greet me. It was like seeing an old friend! I was in the market for a car being in one that was 10 years old and unsafe. I was very hesitant due to my credit score and wanting to make the financing work for me to even start the process. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted warmly by all. My sales person was Guy Bedau and I have to say I could not have done better. Not only did he work extremely hard to get me into the car I wanted he showed the utmost concern about getting me into a safer vehicle. He really knew his stuff, he made me feel very comfortable and really helped me with the decision making process which made this an overall awesome experience. Even the part that I was the most nervous about the financial piece he and Jim Wood made it stress free. Can't say enough about this place.
