I've never had such a positive experience working with a dealership...EVER. It was especially difficult as a young, single woman walking into a dealership looking for a newer vehicle. I was familiar with the vehicle line, but both Mike and Bob outlined the features and costs of the different models and years available to be sure I was aware of all the possibilities. I have had other Nissans serviced at Milford Nissan, and found their quality of work and attention to detail helpful in selecting appropriate service for the vehicles. The sales process was low-key but thorough, and final negotiations went well. While I was completing the sale paperwork, Mike spent time going over the vehicle manual with my wife, which was helpful in familiarizing her with the new features. I feel I paid a fair price for the vehicle and received a fair trade-in value for my older Nissan. This was one of the better buying experiences I have had over the years. More
