I was looking for a large vehicle, but not a truck. Milford Nissan had an Armada, used, which was to both my wife's and my liking. It has been great on our 6 hour trips to Northern Maine since we purchased it, most reliable! The salesman, Bill Shaw is the best. We have purchased 4 vehicles over the last 6-7 years from him and will not work with anyone else! More
When I first walked into Milford Nissan, I knew I was at the right place to buy a car. We even joked that the beautiful black Nissan that I ultimately purchased was my new girl, "Angelina" (Jolie). Bob Baillargeon, the manager, was incredibly gracious and nice. He couldn't do enough things nice for me when I explained I wanted to fix my old car (as oposed to trade it in) and give it to my son, who is a senior at UMass. Bob threw in "freebies" so as a detail and reduced prices to maintenance the car for my son. Jom Woods was incredibly candid with me about extended warranties and the like. Brian in the service department was also very gracious and helpful. I'm hooked on this dealership. I will recommend it to ALL my lawyer and non-lawyer friends. More
This was my second purchase from Milford Nissan. My first purchase was a couple of years ago. I bought a new nissan and ended up having to return the vehicle as a lemon. While that was a frustrating experience, I was always happy with my interactions with Milford Nissan. This purchase was a totally different experience for me. The day I came in the staff was all very friendly as they usually are. I was able to go for a nice long test drive and I was interested in purchasing the vehicle. When we sat down to talk about the numbers it turned into a very typical car buying experience. I was offered a very lowball price for my trade in, and they were unwilling to move at all from the advertised price of the purchase vehicle. After the typical let me go talk to the manager routine I was able to at least get the price that I wanted for my trade. And while they didn't move on the purchase price I was pretty happy with the price. Next we went to talk to the finance manager. He was able to get me a great rate for financing. He offered some various warrantees. I was interested in an extended warrantee. When I asked how much it would cost, I was told it would be an extra $14 per month on the payment. I did the math in my head and it seemed like a great deal. The mistake that I made was I did not carefully read the papers that I signed. The cost of the warrantee was not just $14 a month, but he also added three months of payments. My 60 months of finance was now 63 months. I can't stress enough READ EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU SIGN. I didn't think Milford Nissan was that kind of dealership. Now I bought the car on a saturday and we agreed to pick it up monday morning. Come monday morning I called to make sure it was ready. I left a message with my salesman because he was in a meeting. After about a hour he had not called back. I called again and after 2 rings I was put right to his voicemail. I guess he didn't want to talk. He blew me off all morning, and called later that afternoon to tell me the car was ready. I work in the afternoon and had cleared my schedule that morning to pick the car up. A simple phone call to let me know it was not ready for the morning would have been much appreciated. All in all I am happy with my purchase. Its a nice car for a reasonable price. But the purchase experience was very poor. More

Bill is top shelf! I had walked out of 3 dealerships due to high pressure salespeople who acted desperate to make their numbers and comission. Then along comes Bill when im walking around the lot at milford nissan all calm and factual and made me relax sit down and figure it out! Just what i needed! ???? More
I went to milford nissan to look at a new car because my lease was ending. This would be my third nissan. My husband and I first leased a brand new pathfinder in 2007 then we leased a brand new 2010 murano, lease was ending. This would be my third nissan. My husband and I first leased a brand new pathfinder in 2007 then we leased a brand new 2010 murano, so I wasn't sure whether to look at the new pathfinder or the new murano. Guy Bedau was the sales consultant I worked with and boy was he patient. I test drove both, ended up going back three times but in the end we ended up with a fully loaded 2013 murano platinum, I absolutely love it! Guy was great, he gave us a great deal. Not only was Guy very patient, he was able to answer all of our questions and he's just a very nice person. I have to say everyone I encountered at the dealership was very friendly. I totally recommend Milford Nissan if you're looking to purchase another car! More
Bill Shaw is the epitome of the professional sales consultant. He is knowledgeable, credible, helpful, insightful and most of all, courteous. It is because of Bill Shaw that I bought not one, not two, consultant. He is knowledgeable, credible, helpful, insightful and most of all, courteous. It is because of Bill Shaw that I bought not one, not two, but three Nissan vehicles; a new Altima, a new Rogue, and a CPO Rogue. I even referred my parents, who are retired and didn't need a new car, to Bill Shaw and they bought a new Sentra. Bill's follow-through is top notch. I would not hesitate in a minute to recommend Bill and Milford Nissan to anyone that is in the market for a terrific automobile. More

This is my 3rd Nissan-1st was a Pathfinder that I had for 10 years-traded that for a Rogue in 2010. Loved it. Went into Milford Nissan with a minor problem,which they fixed,but being a women,decided I wanted 10 years-traded that for a Rogue in 2010. Loved it. Went into Milford Nissan with a minor problem,which they fixed,but being a women,decided I wanted one( Rogue) with all the bells and whistles . So long story short,Guy Bedau was introduced to me .He is friendly,knowledgable and courteous.Told him what I wanted, what I expected for a trade and viola,I now own a 2013 fully loaded Rogue,that I love. Just had my first free oil change and could,nt be more pleased with the whole exprience. This truly is the place to visit if you are shopping for a car. More
My daughter needed a new vehicle. Her old one was dying fast and she needed a dependable car as she will be graduating this May from college. Guy took the time to determine what my daughter's needs were going to be, what she might be able to afford and what she liked as an overall style. He was honest and upfront and looked at several possibilities to make this purchase affordable for her. She tested several vehicles and ran numbers. At first it was not going to fit comfortably for daughter. He, and Bob, looked at their inventory, pricing and different pricing options, and in the end, were able to get her in a decent vehicle that fit her budget. Even though we closed the place, 2 hours after their close time, we were never rushed. When they turned it over to Jim to complete the financing end of the deal, he took the time to explain every detail to my daughter, as this was her first big purchase dealing with financing. She came away very pleased with the experience, and she absolutely loves the car. We will defintiely be back when our 2 other boys need vehicles. More
