My husband & I went to Milford Nissan the other day to look at a Nissan Versa Note, as a replacement for my current car. We found one on the lot & started checking it out. Soon after, a sales consultant - Paul Horan - came out to assist us. Longer story short, Paul was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He was able to get me the EXACT car I wanted at a great price for me. This car sale definitely went easier and quicker than my previous car purchase, and I'm really glad I was able to go to Milford Nissan. He went out of his way to accommodate me and rush things along so that I could have the jeep for the weekend. He made it so easy to purchase and was so nice I will service my car there and purchase my next car there just for the way I was treated not to mention the beautiful cars that they have there, all detailed perfectly and so clean and such nice write ups on each one, you really can find what you are looking for with the write ups without searching for some time in a big lot with a lot of wonderful inventory. They make it easy to see what you are purchasing and what is included with the car with the sticker write up- If you stop by this dealership whether to purchase or just look, I guarantee you will not have any pressure on you and will be treated very courteously and will want to come back time and time again. When we entered the dealership showroom we were greeted by Bill Shaw. Bill was able to make us feel immediately comfortable by allowing us to talk about our needs, interests and goals for leasing a vehicle. No pressure and the absence of a hard sell style made the experience at Milford Nissan an enjoyable one. All said we came to agreement on a new Nissan Armada which met all of our need for a full size SUV. I had a great experience at Milford Nissan - the best car buying experience to date. Unfortunately, I was not buying a car at my leisure - I was forced to because I was in a wreck which totaled my previous v buying experience to date. Unfortunately, I was not buying a car at my leisure - I was forced to because I was in a wreck which totaled my previous vehicle and I needed to get a vehicle rather quickly while working with a budget. Since I was paying cash for my vehicle it was a lot easier to go through the whole process and Guy was very helpful in working with my budget to get me into a vehicle that both met my needs and was affordable for me. I definitely appreciated the friendliness of all of the staff members at Milford Nissan. On the quality of work I gave a 4 because there were a couple items missing at the time I took delivery and there were also some dash alerts that I think should have been resolved before the vehicle was given to me. I am hoping for a quick follow up on these. More
