I have never had a more positive experience purchasing a car in my life. From the moment that Kim promptly replied to my request for information online, I was in great hands. She was patient with my test drive (in the dark, in the cold rain, during rush hour). When it came time to negotiate, she was incredibly fair, yet direct, which I appreciated. I was offered a fair market value on my trade, which helped move along the process tremendously. When I arrived to close the deal on a Saturday, Kim made sure that my Xterra was detailed, and surprised me with having my running boards installed when it wasn't terribly reasonable that it could happen. She even offered to salvage old bumper stickers from my trade. Kim made sure that the paperwork for my financing was ready to go. It honestly couldn't have gone more smoothly. My time at the dealership on Saturday lasted no more than 45 minutes, and my total time with Milford Nissan from the initial test drive to driving away with my Xterra was certainly no more than three hours.
