I understand that you are upset, but sometimes the customer has to take responsibility for the maintenance on his vehicle. When we delivered the vehicle to you the heat did work, I have the checklist of the tech making sure that the heat and A/C worked, So that is not a true statement. If the heat does not work now I do apologize that this has happened but a lot can go wrong in 20000 miles and there would be no way I could predict the future and know that this could happen. Keep in mind you were offered an extended service at an extremely discounted rate (because of your relationship with the Rosado's) And you stated "Ill take my chances" Unfortunately in this case you should have chosen to protect yourself. The reason we sell service contracts is to protect BOTH parties. It would have protected you and your jeep would have been fixed for the $100 deductible, and it would have protected us from an upset customer. We offered to fix your Jeep at a discounted rate and you proceeded to swear and make a scene in the showroom, even after I told you please watch your language as there was a showroom full of families and small children you continued to carry on. Im not sure if you had your vehicle fixed yet, but im sure we can come to an agreement if we can work together at this. Please call my office anytime and we can discuss further. Yes, I left it in the vehicle, but immediately called to ask it to be saved. I even CONFIRMED twice after to make sure, Kyle still had it. When we arrived, it suddenly disappeared. Please do not make me out to seem irresponsible when it is your dealership that has been grossly irresponsible in every aspect of our purchasing the car, from the paperwork, to the service department, to the license plates, and now to this. I was also charged for a service that I did not want, not that it mattered because it was not completed. Management changes are not an excuse. I was promised consistently to receive my money back and two free oil changes. I never even pressed for the oil changes. I bought this car in June. I have text messages. "The check is on my desk." "The check was supposed to have gone out." All lies. At this point, this is disgusting for a business to have customer service like this.

Oh and I forgot. Maybe I would not have forgotten it if we were not rushed out when we bought the car. Was it my fault when the service department lost my keys too? Your dealership has no concept of organization, and that is not my fault. I had to be the one to find my own keys. I have been more than patient with your dealership. Don't be upset with me because it was harder to rip me off because I believe I should be treated as a person, not a cash grab. More people should be as on top of their paperwork and belongings as I am.
