Milford Chrysler Dodge does not honor their deals!! I purchased a vehicle from Milford Chrysler Dodge. The deal was, after I purchased the car, I would receive free state inspections for as long as I o I purchased a vehicle from Milford Chrysler Dodge. The deal was, after I purchased the car, I would receive free state inspections for as long as I owned the car. Plus, free tires for life as long as I did their maintenance program. Well, the maintenance program was ridiculously expensive ( not worth it ). As far as the free state inspections, they honored it for two years and then decided to "do away with it". So no more inspections would be done for free as per the agreement. When I asked why they were going back on the deal we made, I was told the company did away with it and there was nothing that could be done. I told them that I had a paper showing the deal that was made. I was then told that that paper is worthless. Even though I was told to my face that it was free inspections for as long as I owned the car, the fine print stated that it was only good for 30 days after purchase........WHAT! I was told by the service manager that I was lucky to get the ones free that I did. I will never, ever deal with these guys again! More
Very unprofessional and insulting! I have never had such an unprofessional and insulting experience as when I stopped at Milford Chrysler to inquire aboiut the asking price of a car.! I am a local businesman for over 4 decades and would never talk to a customer the way in which I was by them today. So my mistake was stopping there ,and I will never do so again , but the insulting fast- talking salesman and his dealership made a bigger mistake and they loose. My advice...stay well clear of Milford Chrysler..thier prior reputation speaks for itself! More

Each time they said they found me a jeep it always fell through. All they wanted was for me to buy one off the lot and it wasn't the model I wanted. I ended up going to dealer in NJ that PA told me they didn't have the jeep I wanted and I found it there and bought it! I will never go to the Milford PA Jeep Dealer again and would talk anyone who wanted to go there out of going! More
The sales staff misrepresented the price of the vehicle I purchased. They refused to review the sale or to discuss the issue. I got a letter and key in the mail from them saying that I might have won a car, come down and try your key to see, BUT I definetly already won one of four other items. Gill tells me, "you still won a $5 Subway gift card, but we're out of them, so we've been giving out $5 woth of lottery tickets". He goes to his manager's office and comes back and says "we're out of the lottery tickets..." I say ok, I'll take $5 in cash instead... falls on deaf ears. He proceeds to show me some new cars, but I already have a bad taste in my mouth. I brought my car for service that day here only because I got that letter from them. They did the job (timing belt replacement), but of course charged up the ying yang. I almost left there taking my car back without the service. It was very poor business to get someone to drive so far for what turned out to be Bull sh*t, I don't care that it was only worth $5, I feel duped... I would never buy a car from them or return to have service done there again, and every one I know will know now too. More
I had my windshield replaced here and it now sounds like a drive a convertible. It was glued on crooked and they were so sloppy with the glue that its everywhere. I had them do a State Inspection and they failed me for my rear brakes, they said there was 1/32 left on them. The car only has 50,000 miles on it and I had the rear brakes done 9 months earlier. I asked him to look at the brakes, to see if maybe there was a problem because they did them 9 months ago, he told me if I pay $411 to have them replaced he would look to see if there was a problem but only if I paid to have the brakes replaced. I took my Jeep to another mechanic and he showed me that there was 3/4 of life left on them and they did not need to be replaced at all. I was lied to and they failed me on state inspection which I paid $22 for! Crooks!!! More
I agree with these posts. Drive a couple hours extra to keep your sanity and some money in your pocket. I should have realized there was an issue there when most of the staff there was new. I would discourage widows, single women and mothers from using their sales. What's more, the level of service and being taken advantage of never changes. Another friend had to sue them. They're the absolute worse. More
I never understood as to why people have always told me to by foreign cars (hyundai, nissan, toyota) but this dealership is the reason why!! I have never ever had a problem with any other car dealership ANYWHERE except for Milford Dodge. Here lies the problem(s): Milford is famous for "Tires for life", this is where Milford gives free tires after the tires have run bald, excuse my language but this is pure deception. There is no such things as FREE Tires, the tires are 125.00 a piece for my truck (Dakota 05), Ergo they only give a 100.00 credit for each tire- YOU pay the rest. In order to get tires for life, you MUST have you truck serviced at Dodge. The oil changes run 39.99, which walmart runs 12.99. So you are paying an extra 27.00 for an oil change. This is a SCAM. FInally after requesting new tires they told me they had to fix 2 tire rods that costs 560.00 to fix. Meanwhile going through every inspection and servicing they NEVER noticed this. After 6 months of having my truck I had to pay 1200.00 to clean back up fluid which Dodge says happens the first 5000 miles. I have decided to trade in my Dakota 05 for a fair trade. However, maybe if there head wasn't up their ass they would understand the word fair. It shouldn't be called a fair trade, it should be called "I have no respect for you and I am going to screw you trade". They agreed to give me a used car for my 05 (this was in 2008 I wanted to trade). My 05 has 38,000 miles, they bring me an 04 Jeep Liberty (a car one year older with 12,000 MORE miles). I laughed and walked away. They said WAIT, we can do better. They bring me back a 2007 Grand Cherokee with 4,000.00 miles. Now something wans't right. They told me to hold the car for a weekend, after doing so I told them I would trade, they said they would pay off what I owed on the DOdge Dakota 05 and sign me up for another 6 year loan!!!! I owed (3,000.00). This is fair? They treat people as if they are the dumbest of life forms!! My truck which I drive back and forth to NYC everyday is rusting in the back bed. I brought it to dodge, they told me that the rust is from the railroad that runs in a neighboring town, WHICH I NEVER BEEN to. I explained that I take it to NYC everyday, and they told me it could be from the train tracks in NYC. This is absolute bullshit. The contract you sign is bullshit, I have 20/10 vision and I had to squint. They dom't explain what the contract is they tell you "its all little nonsense" but then when you have it serviced they whip it out and tell you its not covered in the warranty. Then you pay out of pocket. I have a 2007 Nissan Pathfinder and I tell you, I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. These people are out for money. Their management team is a let down all around. I urge everyone, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!! Drive hours away if you have to or simply by foreign cars, at least they have more respect. This place is absolutely horrendous. More
